Villa Carlina B is a graceful apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps two people. From Villa Carlina B you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside. Villa Carlina B is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace and a shared garden.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Viagrande. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the closest beach (Aci Trezza beach) at 13 km (roughly 8 miles).
Villa Carlina B is located on the first floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the parking area going up a short walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 14 stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Carlina B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Villa Carlina apartments are part of a complex, consisting of four apartments, which is located in a great position between the Mediterranean sea and the volcanic Mount Etna.


The complex is surrounded by characteristic Sicilian vegetation, mostly consisting of fragrant citrus groves. From the premises you will enjoy the charming view of the eastern slope of Mount Etna.


This is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday in the beauty of the Sicilian landscape, as well as the perfect starting point for your excursions around this wonderful and fascinating island.

Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 3 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September, from 9 am to 7 pm.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed citrus trees and by firs. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the Mount Etna and of the surrounding countryside.
 Terrace
The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a nice view of the garden.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is sloped and is made of wood. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has three windows.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. The bathroom has a small window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
