We are one of Islamorada's limited number of licensed weekly vacation homes, VR #25-0258 (State License #DWE5404378).

Angler's Reef is Islamorada's premier resort community located at MM85 (on the Ocean side) in the heart of the Florida Keys. Islamorada is known as the SportFishing Capital of the World. Our boutique gated community is made up of 52 luxury waterfront villas, inspired by Native Conch and British West Indies architecture, accompanied by a boat basin with 36 slips, a large heated pool, two sandy beaches, and quiet palm tree-lined streets. Quick boat ride or short kayak ride over to the world famous Islamorada Sandbar for fun in the sun or the Alligator Reef Lighthouse for snorkeling!

Islamorada is known as the Sport Fishing Capital of the World. The Gulfstream flows past the Florida Keys from 10-20 miles offshore and brings seasonal visitors like mahi, tuna, wahoo, dolphin, sailfish and marlin close enough to shore for small-boat fishermen. Tarpon and bonefish are also plentiful in the backcountry. There are plenty of captains that will provide day-trips for you if you are not bringing a boat along on vacation. Also, boat rentals are definitely available, if you'd rather be your own captain for the week (or two).

The home's boat slip (with electric and water) fits a vessel up to 31 ft. (max ht of 9 ft) and is available for an additional cost of $500+/week. Deep channel out to the Atlantic. The neighborhood of Anglers Reef has stand-up-paddle boards and kayaks for use by renters. A Kayak waiver will be required in order to take advantage of these during your stay.

Water sports include diving, snorkeling, parasailing, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle boarding and more. Fine dining close by includes Ziggie & Mad Dogs, Chef Michael's, Morada Bay, Cheeca Lodge along with fun spots like Hog Heaven and Robbie's (to feed the tarpon). Bayside Gourmet is just down the road. It is #1 on Trip Advisor and a must-do for a wonderful meal! There is a Publix grocery just 1 mile south of Anglers Reef.

Theatre of The Sea (for dolphin and sea lion shows and interactive exhibits) is located nearby. Marathon is just a short ride down the Overseas Highway where you can visit the Dolphin Research Center and The Turtle Hospital for fun activities for adults and kids alike.

Three state parks that are worth a visit are close-by as well:
John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park
Bahia Honda State Park
Long Key State Park

Key West is less than two hours away. Definitely worth the drive!

Enjoy the expansive views and ocean breezes from the porches/balconies on the first and second stories. Upgraded Chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances, granite counters, and eat at bar. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes and appliances. Weber gas grill outside.

On the second floor, there are two suites which will sleep 6 comfortably.
The Master Suite has a king bed, private bath and amazing porch with ocean views.
The Guest Suite has 2 queen beds with private bath.
Washer/Dryer upstairs.

Linens, bath towels and beach towels are all provided and replaced often. We have lots of puzzles and games available.

Boat Trailer Storage is available close by. Ask owner for details.

Cable and WIFI included.

Two available covered parking spaces.

Rentals are Saturday-Saturday. Exceptions please inquire with owner.

We loved our stay here! Juli is wonderful to work with and the home and surrounding property was amazing! It is beautifully decorated and has thoughtful touches throughout like plenty of good coffee, extra pillows, blankets, towels etc… The beds were very comfortable and linens were soft and cozy. The house does not feel like a rental, but like staying at a friend’s home! Highly recommend!

We are a family of five from Chapin, South Carolina. We live on Lake Murray, but we truly love the salt water. For years, we visited the beautiful SC beaches, but one summer we ventured down to The Keys and we were hooked. Islamorada is truly like paradise, with its aqua waters, world-class fishing, perfect year-round weather and something to do for everyone. We snorkel, fish, paddle board, enjoy the pool, and most of all just love the beauty of the Florida Keys. We know you will too!!

Why they chose this property

Our home, located in Anglers Reef, is in a perfect location. A gated community with a heated pool and boat slips on the property, we stayed here for several years before purchasing our home. Anglers Reef is so convenient for water activities plus close to grocery and restaurants which makes for a relaxing place to vacation.

Our home is one of the interior homes within Anglers Reef and that means there is NO ROAD NOISE from Overseas Hwy. There is one row of houses between our home and the pool/Atlantic Ocean. Very quiet and secluded for excellent sleeping, but you can still see the turquoise water from our 1st and 2nd floor porches.

What makes this property unique

Properties in Anglers Reef offer everything you could need for a wonderful vacation in the Florida Keys. Located right on the Atlantic Ocean with boat slips that have deep channel access, you can easily get to the sandbar or the lighthouse in no time! For anglers, it is a straight shot out past the reef to great fishing locales within 30 minutes. A heated pool and beautiful grounds make it a perfect destination.
