Enjoy a warm welcome and an unforgettable stay at the Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas. Spread over 135 acres of tropical landscaping, with seven refreshing pools and eight whirlpools, this destination resort places recreation at your feet. There are also 13 lighted tennis courts, three Sheraton Fitness centers, and myriad activities for the whole family—from scuba diving and pool parties to bike rentals and customized massages.

TWO BEDROOM VILLAS

Wake to picturesque garden or water views in the Two-Bedroom Villas, where a furnished balcony or patio invites you to bask in Florida’s year-round sunshine.

Indoors, the roomy living area introduces amenities and décor that reflect the resort’s contemporary style. Sink into the sleeper sofa or neighboring armchair and take advantage of convenient entertainment options, including a 42-inch LCD TV, Bose home theater system with CD/DVD player, and complimentary High Speed Internet Access.

A full kitchen makes preparing an in-villa meal easy, thanks to a range oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and refrigerator. Gather in the dining area, furnished with a wooden table for six, or at the breakfast bar for two to enjoy an intimate meal. There is also a dishwasher for easy cleanup. A washer/dryer means laundry needs are effortlessly met, any hour of the day.

The two bedrooms each have a 32-inch LCD TV and signature Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Beds offering crisp white linens and fluffy pillows. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and armchair. The guest bedroom features two double beds.

Relax in the two modern bathrooms. The master bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower, plus a separate whirlpool tub (in select villas), while the guest bathroom presents a combined bathtub and shower or glass-enclosed shower. Plush bathrobes and slippers complete the experience.

POOLS

Soak up the sun and fun in the seven outdoor pools or recline in one of the eight soothing whirlpools. At the Super Pool and Fountains Pool, water volleyball courts offer aquatic entertainment while the Main Activity Center and Tacky Tiki Bar and Grill provide the necessary equipment. Weekly fitness classes—such as Aqua Fusion, Aqua Yoga, or Aqua Zumba—are available on the pool decks or directly in the pool. Meanwhile, the Cascades, Fountains, and Super Pools all offer poolside shops stocked with a variety of pool toys, sunglasses, floaties, poolside wear, and towels.

Festive pool bars and restaurants at each of the three main pools provide refreshing beverages and snacks, while cream-colored cabanas at the Cascades, Fountains, Lakes, Springs, and Super Pools present private poolside shade. Available on a first-come, first-served basis, the complimentary cabanas each house a table and four lounge chairs.

ACTIVITIES

Take your pick of Resort Activities, designed to entertain guests of all ages. Along with exhilarating outdoor options of sand volleyball, basketball, and shuffleboard courts, there is also a variety of crafts, including tie-dye and glass fusion. Make the most of your day and then relax in the evening with karaoke, bingo, or a poolside movie accompanied by s’mores and popcorn.

KIDS ACTIVITIES

Share the joys of Florida sunshine and vacation time with the little ones. Stop by the Kids' Kiosk, where you can rent a Surrey bike or get creative with temporary airbrush tattoos, hair wraps, and braids.

The entire family can also join in unforgettable activities, like the Pirates Pool Party. Meanwhile, the three arcades—located in the Springs, Fountains, and Spas Recreation Centers—offer all-weather entertainment ranging from Dance Dance Revolution to classic arcade games.

THE MARKET

Located near the Cascades Pool, The Market Place addresses your grocery and sundry needs. Along with an expansive counter serving Starbucks Coffee and deli goods, including Boar's Head meats and cheeses, the inviting space houses the Sheraton Café, which offers casual sit-down meals.

The market also presents seasonal and holiday packages—such as the Thanksgiving Turkey Tom package—for special occasions. The Grocery Pre-Stock Service conveniently stocks your villa's refrigerator before arrival.

FITNESS

There are three fitness centers which are located in the Fountains, Falls, and Cascades Recreation Centers. These feature elliptical machines, stationary bicycles, treadmills, and free weights. Additionally, the Cascades and Falls Recreation Centers offer mounted TVs for entertainment, while the Fountains Recreation Center offers individual TVs on each cardio machine, as well as adjacent locker rooms and saunas. All centers feature disposable headphones.

TENNIS

The resort has 13 lighted tennis courts: nine clay courts and four hard courts. Equipment rentals as well as tennis instruction for all ages from the resident tennis pro are available. Reservations for tennis courts are required and can be made at the Main Activity Center.

DINING

There are a number of indoor and outdoor all-day dining options available to take advantage of Orlando’s sunshine and the resort’s lush landscape.

For an easy bite or snack, stop by Zimmie’s Casual Eatery and Sports Bar, where you can always catch the big game. The Tacky Tiki Bar and Grill adds to the inviting options with a laidback vacation vibe and variety of crowd-pleasing favorites, which the grill is happy to deliver to your villa door from 5pm to closing. You can also dine and sip poolside thanks to Cascades Bar and Grill or opt for a quick meal with grab-and-go options at Sheraton Café.
