A spacious living area is completed by plush seating, gorgeous views and a huge 65” Smart TV for your pleasure. Natural light radiates through oversized sliding doors and the open layout flows into an elegant dining area overlooking an attractive and well-equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a gorgeous custom backsplash complement this space, while offering all the expected conveniences. Those hoping to stay connected will appreciated the custom workspace nook with complementary monitor for added convenience.

A generous Master suite welcomes you with sweeping views through oversized windows, as well as private balcony access. Rich wood furnishings complement the natural landscape and offer a warm and relaxing atmosphere, while thoughtful touches like an overhead fan, private 55” television, and abundant storage are welcome bonuses. An impressive en suite bath completes this retreat with lovely dual vanities and walk-in shower.

Additional guests will love the fun and festive second bedroom with vivid hues and access to a second full bath with shower/tub combo. Offering a Queen bed and bonus bunks makes this room well-equipped and versatile.

As lovely as this property is, we recognize that the destination is as important as the accommodations and this gem offers everything you need to fully enjoy all that the area has to offer.

We have provided complimentary paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs and grill for your use and enjoyment during your visit. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer in the condo, ceiling fans throughout and a private garage.

Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. The town's residential quality and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, this quaint community is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood and tropical wildlife (home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary) Favorite dining options include the Pub Waterfront Restaurant, Micky Quinn's Beach Pub and Grill, Original Pizza & Restaurant, and the Salt Rock Grill.

This condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had EVERYTHING we needed! Perfect walking distance to the beach! They provided chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, towels, boogie boards, and even bikes to enjoy our stay! Extremely comfortable beds and pillows! We would 100% recommend staying here!

We have stayed in this property several times, and we have never been disappointed. The location is perfect with plenty to do and little crowds. The condo was clean, up-to-date, and well stocked with kitchen supplies and activities. The owner is always so quick to respond to any questions. Definitely recommend!!

Beautiful Home, Close to Beach

This home was absolutely perfect!! Only a very short walk to the beach and had everything needed for the beach! The beds were very very comfy and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Very close to restaurants, and the kitchen had everything needed to make meals! The condo was great and very well equipped. The pool was much smaller than anticipated and could use a good cleaning. The beach however was very convenient! My only complaint is upstairs condo was extremely loud at night, sounded like furniture moving across the floor at all hours.

From the beginning of our booking; I have been thoroughly impressed with the Teeming VR group and all the extras they included for our rental. Everything in the condo was pretty much brand new and it was very convenient to know so much was included - even BEACH towels! Kayaks, Paddle Boards, cooler, bikes, some fishing poles and other water toys, beach cart too! Very spacious for a 2 bedroom condo - our family of 6 (4teenagers) slept very comfortable every night! Definitely book this one if it's available!

The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. It was a convenient location in Indian Shores, with a 5 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed the kayaks that were included. The only thing to realize is that they only provide the bare minimum in regards to toiletries and kitchenware. Plan to bring your own soap, shampoo, spices, etc. The pool was small and nothing fancy but typical of a condo pool. t was a wonderful stay overall!

Beautiful place in Indian Shores

We traveled to Indian shores to celebrate our 15 year anniversary with our 4 children. The property was great. We loved how close it was to the beach, local restaurants and coffee shops. Although the weather was a little cooler than expected. The kids had a fantastic time in the pool. We went down to Clearwater for a dolphin experience, so so beautiful. The only downside to this rental was the master bedroom standup shower, it definitely needs some updating. Overall, we had a wonderful time and the rental was perfect for our family of 6. Thank you so so much

The condo is exactly as the listing description, very clean, spacious with a beautiful view from the master bedroom and living room. We enjoyed the balcony after a day at the beach and/or the pool looking at the boats passing by. The staff member Julie was very helpful and nice to talk to and she made the rental process very friendly, easy and detailed. I would recommend this property to my friends and family. Perfection!

This is our 9th year staying at this condo, and third time in this unit. We couldn’t be happier with the unit itself. We love the bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards! The pool is never crowded and it’s like it is our own personal pool. The beach is just across the street, and, again, is never crowded. We love spending the evenings fishing and dolphin watching! In the middle of a pandemic, we had to get away, and we felt 100% safe in this condo. We usually have our “go-to” restaurants to visit, but we opted to just cook in the fully equipped kitchen this year. The owner of this condo is always quick to respond and very helpful to ensure the best vacation possible! We can’t wait to vacation here again!!!

This condo has it all. You cannot go wrong!!

From the relaxing porch for your morning coffee, to the large open space when you step inside, living room, dining and the kitchen I love that contains everything you need. The beds are very comfortable with lots of comfy pillows and large TVs. Bathrooms are amazingly clean equipped with big white fluffy towels! If you're tired of driving to the city traffic for a place to dine, breakfast, BARS😊, and seafood restaurants are only walking distance away! The famous Clearwater Beach is few minutes "sight seeing" drive. Most of all, it was a pleasure to speak to the Teeming VR crew, especial thanks to Mr. Brian, communications was smooth both by phone and emails. They provided us with very clear informations we needed during our not too long stay😔. One thing for sure, we will be back next year!😎

The pictures really don’t do this place justice. It is HUGE! The double garage has so many bikes, kayaks, life jackets, carts, sand toys, paddle boards, really everything you would want. The furniture upstairs is updated and felt like home not a rental. The whole condo was updated and clean. The deduction of a star is because of a problem with the washing machine that I had to call on a few times, but it was the holidays between Christmas and New Years so understandable in the delay. They were able to get it working appropriately though and we were able to do laundry the second week of our stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

Home away from home.

We were looking for something more than a hotel and booked booked this property last minute for two weeks. We really lucked out. The condo is everything you want for a perfect beach vacation. The home was spacious, comfortable and decorated so cute The view of the inter coastal every morning made it easy for me to work remotely from the small office area (WiFi equipped) As soon as we walked in we felt like we were home. The unit was spotless and there was nothing we needed to supply except for groceries. The couches and beds were super comfortable. The updated appliances in the kitchen had everything needed to cook. The bathrooms had hairdryers and fresh towels. There is nothing negative I could possibly write The owners thought of EVERYTHING. A beach cart, bikes, paddle boards kayaks, beach chairs and a grill. The beach was across the street and a short 3 minute vwalk Indian Shores is a small community with VERY friendly people. The condo owners in Mariners Point are by far the friendliest we have met . Even though we we renters, they made us feel welcomed There are restaurants and bars minutes away and St Pete beach and Clearwater Beach are both a short drive if you want to explore. Thanks to Gina and Jeff for sharing your home it was a great 2 weeks

Like a second home

We have stayed in this unit for several vacations, and it feels like our second home. The condo is always equipped with everything we need for an enjoyable stay. The owners are always quick to respond and do everything to make sure we feel at home. The area of Indian Shores has so much to do without the touristy feel of a crowded beach town. Great condo and location

This condo was perfect for our quiet October family vacation. There was hardly anyone on the beach and the condo had everything we needed for the beach including chairs, cooler, beach toys for the kids, and most importantly a beach stroller to get it all down there. The beach had really nice soft and clean sand. The pool was also quiet and very clean. We enjoyed going on the kayaks with the kids as well. Having the garage made it easy to store all the kids beach and pool gear without having to bring all the sand into the condo and carrying it up the stairs. The ice cream shop right next door was also a nice treat. The condo itself was very spacious and nicely decorated.. The only quirkiness was the master bathroom not having a door which led to us having to fish our 16 month old out of the toilet on a couple of occasions. Otherwise once we put some of the breakable decor pieces into a closet the condo was little kid friendly. Would happily come back to Indian shores and stay here again.

We are a family of 4 from Ohio. We have been visiting the Indian Shores area for years, coming down to visit our grandpa (he's now in his 90s!). We loved it so much, we decided it would be great to have a place of our own in such a beautiful place.

Why they chose this property

We love the small town of Indian Shores. It is a small, quiet town, but it is very close to all of the Gulf Coast attractions. The condo itself appealed to us because it is so spacious, private, and provides great ammenities like a full garage. We fell in love with the condo as soon as we saw it.

What makes this property unique

The condo is much more spacious than other units, coming in at nearly 1400 sq ft. We like the independent buildings of the condos (as opposed to being in a high rise). The dock right on the intracoastal provides an amazing opportunity to drink your coffee while watching for manatees, dolphins, etc!
