Oceanfront 2 Bedroom Townhouse Summerhouse 305

This second-story beach condo affords breathtaking views, be it through the noise dampening sliding glass doors on the main level or from the dark wood chairs facing the ocean on the balcony. Guests can open windows or doors to listen to the pounding of the surf, or close them to create a sense of being away from it all.

The home has been tastefully decorated by an interior designer and outfitted with modern amenities, including two flat-screen TVs (with Cable & DVD players), WI-FI internet access, plantation shutters, and indoor or outdoor dining options. The condo also comes with central air and ceiling fans.

At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Wonderful beachfront second floor Summerhouse condo!

This is a great place to stay! Easy access to the beach and pool, and a great balcony to enjoy the afternoon and evening seabreeze, sights and sounds. This condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable. We would recommend it!

Wind was tough for 3 days and we feared power outages and flooding of the road, so we went to Georgiafor to nights.The appartment is well locatie, oceanfront and beach view.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week until the AC went out in the unit at 7pm the final night. Maintenance couldn't fix the unit which didn't surprise me considering the time, but the lack of concern of my families well being by the management was completely unacceptable. A maintenance man said he would contact management about what could be done considering it was over 90 degrees in our condo. He never came back with an answer or fans to try to make the night bearable. When I went to checkout the next morning and talked with Marie, the Manager about some kind of reparation for what we went through for the last 14 hours, she said she would look into it and contact me. It has been almost 3 days and I have not heard from her. From management, maintenance, to the answering service, their empathetic response was completely unacceptable for the amount of money you spend for the unit

The young guy who answered the phone said an email would be sent to my email address with a lockbox code. I never received an email or a code. I called the after hours number 6 times and there was no answer. I also text 3 times... no response . 45 minutes later a man finally answered after I called again! Finally I received a code after being very frustrated and hot! This is nonsense, I can't believe I had to go through this because 1 person couldn't send an email with the code. I also called 1 week prior to ensure I would be able to get in...Thanks

To pay 2600 dollars a week and not have a working toilet was unacceptable. There was not a comfortable piece of furniture and the sofa was demolished. Your maintenance crew would not believe me when I told them it does not flush. On the last evening a plumber showed and fixed it.

The condo is in a great location overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Made Right and Then Some

This is for unit 305. The property is immaculate, and the beach access is unbeatable. A pleasant surprise for Summerhouse was the absence of an extensive list of must-do tasks before departure. The only things to do were to run the dishwasher and take out the trash, which are no-brainers. Everything else (stripping beds, laundry, etc.) was handled by the Summerhouse staff. The only dings for the experience had to do with the less-than-optimal check-in and communications. Both were addressed by Diana, and everything was made right and then some. So much so that we’ve returned for another stay.

Room 254

We actually rented out 305 when we got there at 9 o’clock that night the room had not been cleaned yet so they put us in 254 which was awesome it had everything we needed in it it was a king size bed to wear the other one was only a queen size it was very tastefully decorated I didn’t find any utensils or dishes that I did not need and I cooked all of our meals for a week except for three I would definitely recommend room to 254 to anyone it had a large screen TV in both bedrooms and in the living room which my husband loved the view of the ocean was fantastic and the bed was super comfortable The TV in the living room was a smart TV so we were able to watch our Netflix Hulu and everything on itAnd we could not hear anyone through the walls
