Condo exceptional but...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying in this particular condo and it was by far the best. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable and the beds were cozy. The condo was exceptionally clean. The young man who checked us in was very polite and friendly. However we were greatly disappointed to find out that you are no longer permitted to drive on the beach. This was a huge inconvenience given the fact that we take a lot of stuff to beach because we stay all day. To make matters worse the gate closest to our condo was broken making the distance we had to walk with all of our beach equipment even further. The condos have gone up in price significantly since our first stay several years ago. Unfortunately this will probably be our last visit to Summer House because of the inability to drive on the beach and substantial increase in price.

September 2024 Visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse was just the location we were looking for. It was clean and spacious. We did have problems with the front door keys when we needed to lock or unlock it. The property management company professional said they would have that checked out. The wifi network could not be found, so that may need to be checked on. The kitchen appliances were all in good working order. Living and dining furniture was all very nice. Beds were a too soft for us. The master bath shower was great!

Our stay at the “Bird’s Nest”

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful, especially the upstairs bathrooms 😍 We enjoyed all the little extra “essentials” that were stocked at the condo that other properties haven’t had in the past. The view speaks for itself and the beach isn’t overly crowded. We love exploring new places, but if we ever head back to the St. Augustine area, we’ll choose this specific condo again.
