Summerhouse unit #443 is a totally remodeled, beautifully appointed ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat with ocean and pool views. It features an updated, fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and all the comforts and conveniences you would expect at home. The living area is tiled with a large natural fiber rug in the living room and carpet in the bedrooms. The Master King Suite features a beautiful tiled walk-in shower and double sinks with granite countertop. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and a beautifully appointed guest bath. The Living room has a new (July 2020) sleeper sofa which sleeps two additional guests comfortably. Unit has a full sized washer and dryer, and beach accessories. Flat screen TV's in both the living room and master bedroom with cable service, Blu-ray DVD with surround sound in LR, and high speed internet service as well. It's a true beach oasis... A perfect place for relaxation and fun in the sun! **Weekly & monthly only** Will accept 3-nights in off-season between September & November ONLY

The only thing that needs to be replaced is the couch with the fold out bed, It was completely broken and not fixable. All safety measures were in place for cleaning.

The dishwasher looks like it's from the 80s and was very rusted inside. I wouldn't wash any dishes in it all week and had to wash them by hand. Also, the washing machine was very moldy so hated to wash my clothes in it. Other than those two things, we loved the room. They had nice beach chairs/noodles/toys in the closet and nice selection of games. Master bed was comfy.

Within one hour of reporting this to Dianna, the problems were addressed.(the exterminator came and then Ryan arrived to fix the light problems). I’m not exaggerating when I say within an hour! Both Gayle and Dianna handled our family rentals for next year.....all of the units we rented this year were wonderful and we selected them again for next year.

Great place!

Very nice place. Clean and modern. Back door is on ground level and is a few yards from pool and about 30 sec walk to beach dock. Parking is right out the front door within ten feet or so. There are beach chairs, toys, umbrella etc which was great!!! However, there is not a grill. Kitchen supplies, linen, etc were more than adequate. If I were to give any criticism, I would suggest a new toaster and have the clothes washer looked at as it is very loud. A grill would be fabulous. Great place, loved it!
