Fantastische vakantieplek op steenworp afstand van het strand. Een prachtige penthouse-suite met één slaapkamer op de derde verdieping met volledige keuken en 1 badkamer en balkon. Op loopafstand van het strand, het centrale plein, lokale markten en een scala aan heerlijke restaurants.

Wij bieden beddengoed en kussens, badhanddoeken, handdoeken en washandjes, badzepen. Toiletpapier, papieren handdoeken, afwasmiddel, sponzen en theedoeken. Strandhanddoeken en strandstoelen. Vuilnisbakken en voeringen, gezuiverd water om te drinken, koken en ijs. 5 gallon flessen op aanrecht urn. Basic potten, pannen en kookgerei. Gasoven, magnetron, koelkast met vriesvak en ijsbakken, broodrooster en blenders. Basiskruiden zoals suiker en zout zijn meestal verkrijgbaar. Hoge snelheid WIFI beschikbaar. Fabulous getaway

Penthouse was exactly as pictured. Kristen was quick to respond to any questions we had. Short walk to the beautiful beach & plenty of restaurants. Quiet, safe neighborhood away from crowds. 10 minute walk to grocery store. Kitchen equipped withall you need. Will come back!

Roomy one bedroom penthouse

Location was a short few blocks to the beach which worked well for me as 5 of my friends were staying at casita on the beach nearby. My friends thought the place was spacious and well supplied when they came over for a bbq and dinner.. Kristen was a great and helpful host.

This apartment was perfect for our stay. It felt like a home away from home - it really had everything we needed. It is a great location - quick walk to beach, restaurants, shops. Very safe, clean, quiet and private. Host quickly responded to any questions we had.

Great vacation

We had a fantastic stay at Kristen’s place. It was close to the beach and a short walk into the town centre with many restaurants to choose from along the way. Kristen lives on site and was very attentive to our needs.

Great place to stay!

We had such a great stay! The penthouse was so comfortable and in a great location. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We enjoyed cooling off and floating around the pool. Kristen was a great host and was always responsive to any questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Insect Bites

The only issue we had was with the insect bites that we experienced while either sleeping in the bed or sitting on the couch. We know they were not because of the mosquitoes. We woke up with them and they were in areas that were our skin was not exposed.

Casa Agave is a wonderful place

La Casa Agave and her hist Kristen is a great place to rest and enjoy one of the most beautiful place in Yucatan. Kristen is a great host, great communications, always hands on. We highly recommend this place for your family vacations.

Had a wonderful time at Casa Agave. The apartment is as described and better. Kristen is a wonderful host. The beach equipment was top notch. The walk to the beach is less than 1/4 km (300 steps). I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you’re thinking of booking this place for a vacation, do it. You won’t regret it.

Fantastic!

This place was so nice and Kristen was super helpful! The place is exactly as pictured but so much better. It’s maybe a 2 block walk to the beach and a short walk to the center of the town. Kristen gave me information on how to get to/from Puerto Morelos from the airport and other helpful information, I would most definitely recommend anyone stay here and would definitely return. Thank you!

The whole experience was exactly what i needed. Very comfortable location. Kristen was very helpful. The only thing I would want others to know is the stairs are steep with luggage. Everything was perfect. Close to the beach and the Village square. Everything was walkable. The pool was awesome even in the cold weather. LOL high 70s to mid 80's. Locals call that cold. i found it quite pleasant. certainly will return. Mucho Gracious Kristen!

Great little place...

Kristen has a nice little property and it even comes with a pool and laundry facilities if you need it. It's approximately one and a half blocks to the beach and approximately 4 to 6 blocks from downtown so it's an easy walk. Our communication is excellent and she always seems available. We stayed in the penthouse on the third floor so there was two flights of stairs to go up but they were fairly easy. She has lock boxes, lock keypads and extra keys so that you don't necessarily have to bring your key with you. Overall a very nice little place to stay.

AWESOME HOLIDAY

First off.. Kirsten was wonderful. Such a nice lady!! She was warm & engaging. So easy to talk to. Gave us a lot of information about Puerto Morelos & area. Very knowledgeable!! We felt very at home there. Very comfortable. Bed could be improved a bit. There is only two rentals on the property, we were there with friends which made it perfect. The pool & pool area were kept nice & clean. She has comfortable chairs & loungers and a big umbrella by the pool. Thought the stairs would be a issue but it wasn't. One block from the beach. She has chairs & umbrellas for use. Felt very safe & secure & welcome. Will definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful stay!

Casa Agave is a wonderful place to stay in Puerto. Kristen, the owner, met us when we arrived to let us in and answer our initial questions and was also available readily throughout our stay. The apartment itself is lovely and super clean. Plenty of room for four adults with many places to store items. Kitchen has all the essentials and 5 gallon water bottles for drinking. The courtyard is a secluded place to hang out by the pool. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and even snorkel gear is there to use. We didn't need to rent a car because everything is so close. We walked to the beach, to the restaurants/shops and to the grocery store. It was an amazing Christmas break! Hoping to book again next year.

Casa Agave - A Perfect Stay

Kristen was very welcoming and helpful with all of our questions. The location is great, with a three block walk to the beach, and an easy walk/bike to restaurants, groceries and shopping. We especially liked getting fresh squeezed juice every morning from a shop down our street. Casa Agave is quiet, with lots of windows and great breezes. The kitchen is well equipped, and chairs and umbrellas are available to use at the beach. We would definitely recommend Casa Agave!

Puerto Morelos Haven

This was the first time we did a private party international VRBO rental. It couldn’t have been easier. Kristen was a fabulous host, available when we needed something and had great suggestions for beach clubs and local restaurants. We can’t wait to stay with her again.

Great location, fantastic host!

We had a wonderful week in Puerto Morelos and so much of it was due to Kristen and this wonderful apartment. It was spotless when we arrived. It was clear from the start that Kristen had thought of everything. There were beach chairs and beach towels, lots of shelves and hangers, plenty of drinking water. Both the regular bed and the sofa bed are comfortable (firm but that's the norm in Latin America). The keys are on carabiner clips, which are super convenient. Finally - the location! It's a short two block walk to the nicest beach in Puerto Morelos. It's also just a few blocks from bars and restaurants so there is no need for taxis. We spent a lot of time at the beach just relaxing. But the apartment is also a good base for cenote and snorkeling trips. Kristen is one of the nicest people you could meet. My 9 year old just adored her and kept hoping we would run into her on the beach. Thank you so much Kristen! We hope to be back.

Great place to spend a week or weeks in Puerto Morelos. 2 blocks from the beach.

i will stay there again as it has everything you need to eat in and if you want to try all the great restaurants downtown it is a wonderful, easy walk. the beach is great and just a few blocks away and the people are super friendly.
