Coral Cove es una experiencia de retiro interior y exterior ubicada en la hermosa isla de St. John. Aislado en el mágico Johns Folly, la arquitectura de la villa está cuidadosamente situada en una pequeña península privada, lo que te hace sentir como si tuvieras la isla para ti.

El diseño de la villa es una brillante combinación de paredes de piedra nativas, muebles modernos de mediados de siglo, antigüedades y objetos eclécticos d’art, que crean un ambiente cómodo y elegante. Relaxing get away in Coral Cove

The villa and location is as beautiful as the pictures suggest. The villa representative Alisha was very helpful and informative through out the check in and very responsive with any questions that came up during the week. Kitchen is well stocked and the overall location with surrounding ocean views are very relaxing. Great spot to unwind, we definitely plan to return!

Absolute paradise!

House was incredible- one of the rare instances where even the stunning online photos did not do it justice! Incredible views, very thoughtful layout...hands down best place we have stayed on St. John in all of our visits. Will defintely be back!

Magical Villa perfect for a family

We had a wonderful time staying at Coral Cove for a week in November 2024. The Villa was spectacular, couldn't have been more impressed. Our kids lived in the pool when we weren't snorkeling! For those divers and snorkelers, I hear April through June is much better for visibility underwater, our was terrible - max 15' vis - that just meant more time relaxing at the nicest Villa on the island.

Amazing house

We loved everything about the house - the open-air feel, the furnishings, the sound of the waves 24/7. It was better than the photos can depict. The management co. was very responsive. We had a fabulous time and will definitely rent again.

Incredible house and location!!

We loved everything about this property! We got to snorkel and enjoy the beautiful views and breeze every day! Kitchen was fully equipped and property manager was thoroughly helpful with all things on the property. Only complaint would be landscaping company showed up unannounced on the Friday we were there at around 8-9 am and we weren't able to sleep in that day. Other than that, our stay was pretty much perfect! Property managers went out of their way to make sure everything was great! Property is even better in person than in the pictures!

THIS WAS THE 3RD OR 4TH TIME WE HAVE RENTED CORAL COVE ON ST. JOHN, WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING BUT EXCELLENT SERVICE. I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW MUCH IT MEANT TO ME THAT YOU WORKED WITH ME WHEN I HAD TO CHANGE DATES D/T MY HUSBAND'S ILLNESS AND DEATH. CORAL COVE WAS THE VERY FIRST PLACE MY HUSBAND HAD TAKEN ME ON VACATION AND THIS TRIP WAS BITTERSWEET BUT SO VERY GOOD FOR ME. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!

Coral Cove is back and better than before!

We stayed at Coral Cove annually over a decade ago, it was our favorite place on the coral bay side of St John. Over that time it became run down and not worth the premium it charged. We were excited to see it back on the rental market and it didn’t disappoint. It is now better than before, with more comfortable furniture, better appliances, and an ice machine that easily kept up with our group of 8. The Xmas winds were constant for our time and there wasn’t a bug in sight. If you are interested in the ‘quiet’ side of the island (we’ve been going for 15 yrs), Coral Cove is one of our favorite rentals.

Most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at!!!

The Villa was a dream. This was our first trip to St. John and this villa was probably our favorite part. It’s situated right on John’s Folly Bay with a nice breeze blowing almost all day. The drive out to the villa was long, so just know that but it was well worth it for us. The communication was lovely. A greeter came and took us to the villa from some shops nearby and toured us through the property. There were a few problems we had through our 10 day stay, specifically with the internet and a/c in one bedroom but they were quickly solved. If we ever come back, we are staying here again!

Amazing Thanksgiving at Coral Cove

We have stayed all over the island across the 10 years we have been coming to St. John and this was the first time we stayed on the far side of the island in John's Folly. We saw goats, donkeys, and loved watching the pelicans fish right off the front pool area. The interior of the property is like a garden and well maintained. And the driveway is easy; I say this because St. John is notorious for crazy driveways and this one is a breeze. The kitchen was setup well with all the cooking utensils, pots/pans that we would need. The ice machine was an excellent addition to the house. I don't recall seeing that in the VRBO posting but that saved us so many headaches when it came to either making ice or buying ice and having it melt before we get home like it has with other houses we've rented. The salt water pool was great and even though it wasn't heated, the temp was in the low to mid 70s so it was refreshing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and the AC units worked well in those. The only minor negative experience we had were mosquitoes and no-see-ums (little biting gnats) in the main kitchen and living space, which is open to the outside and not air conditioned. The breezes from the ocean were great most days but when there was no wind or right after a rain, these bugs would come out. We had a few guests in our group who got quite a few bites and it made the common area a less than ideal place to all hang out during some times.

The absolute best

This Villa was spectacular! Views from every room. Open concept letting the outside in. The lagoon was a gem and snorkeling was fabulous. You truly need water shoes to get into the water, which we bought. The pool was used nonstop. We cooked 95% of our meals and the kitchen had everything needed. This villa has such a special location on the other side of Saint John. 25 minutes from Cruz Bay and an entirely new and peaceful world. We didn’t want to be surrounded by tons of people and that’s exactly what we got. My 3 teenagers enjoyed the pool and the lagoon so much! I loved that each of the 4 king sized bed master bedrooms were air conditioned with a private en-suite and walk-in closet. The breeze way connected three separate buildings with an amazingly serene courtyard in the center. Magical at night. We rented 2 jeeps for the seven of us as was necessary. If you suffer from motion sickness please bring Dramamine or anti nausea meds. The roads here are no joke. The islanders drive like they are in the Indy 500. We simply pulled off the road so they could pass. Be sure to bring bug spray, it is necessary here. Unless you are tucked away in your air conditioned room, you are “outside”. We enjoyed shelling and finding all the hermit crabs and snails. There’s a resident frog who lives in the wall by the 4th bedroom. So cute! The wild donkeys, goats and chickens were a lot of fun too!

Paradise

We loved our time at Coral Cove Villa. The management group - Antares- were lovely to work with. They reached out before we arrived, and answered all our questions quickly, they were also great once we were on the island. The villa itself is amazing. It is rare when the property is even nicer than the pictures on the listing. The property is gorgeous. The main house has the living room and kitchen, and a ton of outdoor space to enjoy the ocean. Although there is no a/c in the main house, you don't miss it with the doors open. The kitchen is honestly the best equipped kitchen we've ever seen. it had everything we needed, down to specific tools and a well stocked first aid kit (yes, I needed it). The bedrooms are great. Each is a separate space (two each in the other pavilions), with a large closet and bathroom. There is no bad room. And the a/c in the bedrooms is excellent. All of the rooms have a lovely view. Having the washer/dryer also makes travel a little easier. The villa is a little drive from Coral Cove - with a few restaurants, bars and groceries. The drive to Cruz Bay is longer - 40 minutes or so. If you don't mind the bit of extra driving, the villa is really a special place to base a vacation.

Beautiful villa with private waterfront location south of Coral Bay.

Spacious villa with nice views east to islands of BVI. On shoreline, with cool breezes and sound of waves. Clean and well stocked (beach towels, beach chairs, kitchen appliances and utensils, etc). Excellent support from Antares management group (e.g., responded quickly when WiFi went down and kept in touch to see if we had any needs or inquiries). We would certainly stay at this villa again!

Live like a Rock Star

This amazing property is for those that want the pleasant surprise of having the pictures be slightly worse than the reality! Everyone will have a fabulous time here- those wanting sun, none at all, wired to the world or just a hammock.... Home requires a car to get to but once there, you are in for a fantastic solitary adventure. The Management team is super helpful for any minor issue- they found a boat rental in 3 hrs at a better company and cheaper rate on New Years Day! This home is a solid fortress so don’t worry in any storm but has the bright airy aesthetic of a Caribbean dream. Go here for anything anytime- especially for special times (honeymoons, family getaways, etc) and you will look like a rock star.
