Nuestras 'vacaciones flotantes' le ofrecen todas las comodidades del hogar, con una vista del paraíso. ¡Todas las cosas que te encantan de Norris Lake justo afuera de tu puerta!

Comience el día en el porche mirando cómo el sol se abre paso a través de la niebla de la mañana. Just Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience staying on a floating house. We had the best time and Mary was super sweet making sure we had everything we needed. Would love to stay again!!

Fun 4 night stay right on the water

The floating house was a first for us. Having the clear water available for a quick swim off the diving board/slide and fishing from the covered area made it so nice and different than previous lake trips. So much better than a houseboat. We were concerned that we'd be too close to other houses, but once there it didn't feel that way at all. The home itself was well furnished, clean, and had everything we needed.

Floating House that has it all!

We were so pleasantly surprised to find so many 'water toys' that we could use when we arrived at our floating house. Mary truly has thought of everything that you might need or want! She even called us to let us know of a potential traffic backup on our way to the property. We will definitely be back!!

Thank you! We love seeing other families enjoy the lake and our happy places! When our kids were small, my husband said we saved $100 a day in gas staying on the floating houses. The kids would play in the lake with the diving board, slide and toys for hours instead of always wanting to be running the boat.

We enjoyed our stay so very much . It was much more than we expected . Bob & Mary went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing . Great people , great houseboat . Great time on the lake

The house was clean and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. We loved being ON the lake with easy access to the boat and swimming right off the front porch. The kids made friends at another floating house nearby and used the provided paddleboat as go from house to house ;) Really fun!

Great property. Great agent/owner. Plenty of water toys for the kids. Very clean & spacious.

We had a great time. Great location near Springs Dock. Kids loved it. Adults loved it. Looked brand new. Spacious inside and outside. Great covered patio. We definitely hope to come back to this location.

Outstanding property

This floating house was amazing. Being able to tie up to the house and jump straight into the water was great. Everything was sparkling clean, and the house was well stocked. There were lots of nice bonuses with the house, and you could tell a lot of love and attention goes into the property.

July 4th weekend

The house was more than equipped- Everything was thought of! Kayaks, floats, the kitchen had everything! Mary was quick to respond and I feel we were pretty needy with information. We had the best time and the best location to watch the fireworks. Great experience!

We are a family that enjoys being together, especially on the water. We have enjoyed Norris Lake for over 20 years.

We love to be near water. So, Norris Lake is a very special place for us. We have made many memories here over the years, and plan to make many more. We hope you enjoy our homes and make many memories with your family and friends that will last a lifetime.

We have enjoyed nesting in our vacation homes. Bob keeps busy making some nice improvements and we are always adding our own little touches to the houses.

We have really enjoyed meeting our guests and making new friends. Many of our guests have spent more time in the house than we have!

We have been coming to Norris Lake for many years. My father introduced us to this lake in 2001. It has been in our hearts and vacation plans ever since.

The natural beauty, crystal clear water, and the friendly people we meet here keep us coming back, year after year. There is nowhere else we would rather invest our money and our time.

Time doesn't seem to exist on the lake. Your day is what you make of it. Leave your troubles and stress behind. A Floating Holiday is truly a break from the world.

The people at Springs Dock are some of the friendliest people we've met. The other homeowners are great to get to know and are very welcoming.

The marina and their staff have all the amenities we need, and some of the best prices we have found on the lake.

The view from our 'Floating Holiday' just can't be beat. Sitting on the porch, we look at untouched forestland and miles of crystal-clear water stretching out in both directions.
