Self catered one bedroom apartment 38 sq-m facing South and West, with balcony. Accommodates up to 5 people. On the third floor with central lift.

Living area with dining area, one set of pull out double sofa bed (2 persons), wardrobe, TV.
Kitchen with vitroceramic hobs, cooking hood, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machin fully equipped with table-ware, kitchen utensils and crockery.

SLEEPING CAPACITY:
- Bedroom: 2 single beds (2 persons).
- Living-room: one set of pull out beds (2 persons)

BATHROOM:
Bathroom with bathtub and handheld shower heads. - Separate toilets.

- WIFI internet access included.
- Covered parking space included.

RENTAL CONDITIONS :
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.
Towels and cleaning at the end of the stay not included and on request.
