Studio located at the foot of the slopes. Large balcony with superb views. Ideal accommodation for small family or friends. 1 sofa bed and a BZ 2 places, a trundle bed that can accommodate 5 people. Bathroom with bathtub . Equipped kitchenette. Private ski locker. Building attached to Sherpa station, very convenient for scheduled and last minute races. Very friendly station

Appartement pas louable

Location pas adapté à la location vétuste ,lit cassé plaque de cuisson idem malgré les commentaires de 6 mois toujours dans le même état. Location prévu pour 5 , nous étions 2 adultes et 2 ado cete limite. Louer à la base pour 3 nuits nous somme rester que 2 nuits Aparte situé au dessus du bar restaurant bruit jusqu’à 2 h du matin. Conclusion pour prête à des amis oui mais à louer Nn à fuire.

Très bien situé mais vétuste

Les points forts : Très bien situé : à côté des commerces et au pied des pistes. Bien équipé et propre. Les propriétaires répondent rapidement aux messages ainsi que la personne qui gère les clefs sur place. Les points faibles : - Le fait de devoir récupérer les clefs à 2 km de la location même si les personnes sont très sympathiques. - Je ne trouve pas l'appartement prêt pour une location. Pour prêter à la famille et aux amis il est très bien mais en tant que clients, quand on paie pour y dormir et on a donc une autre attente légitime. Pas de place pour ranger des provisions dans la cuisine ni pour ranger ses affaires dans la pièce à vivre. Il manque des lattes au lit gigogne et le matelas du lit du dessous est beaucoup trop fin et mou pour pouvoir y dormir. Contrairement à la photo, on a pas pu se servir de la table du balcon qui n'a pas de pieds. Dans l'ensemble les meubles sont assez vétustes ou rafistolés à part le canapé pliant qui est très confortable. Tout ceci n'a pas empêché que nous ayons passé un bon séjour car l'appartement est agréable, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes et à côté de tout. Nous n'avons plus eu besoin de prendre la voiture pendant tout le séjour.

Le studio a besoin d'un entretien. Matériels endommagés ( bouton plaque de cuisson, bouton radiateur, robinetterie cuisine, chaise, lit gigogne)
