- HOUSEKEEPING When you arrive, the unit will be clean and set up with linens. As a courtesy, we have included the following list of supplies to accommodate the appropriate amount of guests: *Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes * Beach towels No pets allowed. Guests who bring a pet will be evicted from the property. This is a non -smoking unit. Smoking on the lanai is also not permitted. Any violations of the smoking policy will incur a $50.00 fine and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and/or linens, cost will be deducted from your deposit .TELEPHONE SERVICE Telephone service is for local and emergency calls only. Please use a calling card or cell phone. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check in time is no earlier than 3pm local time. There is only a four hour window to completely clean and Disinfect and set up for the next guests. Please respect this work schedule and do not arrive early. Check out time is no later than 11am local time the day you are scheduled to leave. We must be able to enter the unit at 11am. If you do not vacate the premises on time, you will be charged for one additional nights stay. Check out procedures: The apartment MUST be left in the condition it was in upon arrival. Prior to checkout, all dishes should be washed and put away. All food should be disposed of in the trash chute/dumpster. Beds may be left unmade. All towels and linens should be placed in the laundry bin. There should not be an excessive amount of laundry left for the cleaning team - two days of towels - maximum is an acceptable amount. Before leaving, set the thermostat to 68 degrees and be sure all door and drapes are closed. Any furniture or times that were moved MUST be returned to the original position. Any additional cleaning time to restore the apartment to move in condition will result in the charge begin deducted from the damage deposit. We will not be liable or responsible for any personal items left behind, lost, or stolen. If you leave an item after checking out, and wish to have it returned, call as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment. We will inform you of the shipping cost and with your approval deduct it from your deposit refund to cover the expense. ADDITIONAL TERMS You must be 21 years of age to rent this unit and provide proof of age if requested. This unit has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Parties are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. If a personal check is returned for non-sufficient funds, you will be charged the amount levied by the back for NSF charges. Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here, must be approved in writing in advance. If you do not personally inspect the premises prior to signing this agreement, you accept the rental property upon arrival, provided it meets the basic description as listed on the Rental Web site. In addition, you agree that you are not entitled to a refund or rent money, nor relocation to another property and will have no claim or recourse against the owner. You acknowledge that the owner shall not be liable to tenant, tenants guests, licenses or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the premises. The tenant shall hold Owners and Managers harmless and indemnified from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use of misuse or abuse of any part of the premises, parking lot, beach or community, and from or against any omission, neglect or default of tenant and his guests, licenses or invitees. RATES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE FORCE AMJEURE: There may be circumstances beyond our control and contemplation, in which the property might not be available for your booking. Examples of these include (but are not limited to) destruction of or severe damage to the property. In the event of Force Majeure, we will do our best to make alternative arrangements for you where possible. If we can not, or if the alternative arrangements are not acceptable to you, then we will refund all monies paid. This will be the full extent of our liability to you in such circumstances, and we will not be responsible for any other costs connected with any such PAYMENT We accept payment by personal check, postal money order or credit card. CANCELLATIONS If you cancel 30 days or less of arrival, you will forfeit all monies paid If you cancel the first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason No cancellations due to weather I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE RULES AND REGULATIONS. I CERTIFY THAT I AM AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE AND THAT I WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE OF THIS PROPERTY BEING RENTED UNDER MY NAME. I ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES OR EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES SHOULD THEY BE DISCOVERED DURING OR AFTER DEPARTURE.

This gorgeous ocean front 1 King bedroom, has unbelievable views from every room, being on the corner gives it the advantage of double the window's. The bedroom is enclosed by a solid wall unlike most condo's in Waikiki which use soji sliding paper panels to create rooms. The gourmet kitchen is wonderful to entertain yourself or friends. Location is fantastic being within walking distance to everything and the bonus of being next door to the only resort in Waikiki the 'Hilton Hawaiian Village' and my favorite restaurant Sorrento's at the top of the Ilikai Hotel is truly a bonus.

PARKING: 'Ilikai Marina Parking' located at 1765 Ala Moana Blvd next door to the Ilikai Hotel offers a privately owned parking structure attached to 4 of my condo's, charging a daily rate of $20 +, the Yacht Harbor public parking is $10 per day (no in or out's) or $1 per hour. I offer a Parking Pass that I offer to my guests at $10 per day (complete stay only) with an advanced reservation. I have one pass so if interested you will need to reserve it. Ilikai Hotel offers valet parking for $30 per day.
