Wonderful vacations, next to a marvellous beach, with restaurants and a supermarket just a few meters away, in a large, bright, clean and very friendly space. We loved it!

Apartment in Manta Rota center

The communication was alwyas very good and Mr António was always very kind. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't the best. The apartment lacks modernisation. One of the bathrooms has a step to go in which can be dangerous, specially for children. No sofa in the living room, so not so comfy to hang out as a family. The windows are old, so noise and heat come in easily. No AC in the bedrooms. The stove area is very narrow making cooking challenging sometimes. Moreover, there were a few undesired "guests" in the kitchen and bedroom areas. No cleaning products available.

Foi bastante agradável, 3x que alugo pela aplicação, primeira vez que corresponde á realidade. Limpa, com roupa de cama e toalhas suficientes. O único problema foi mesmo o vento que soprou forte de noite e se ouviram os estores bater a noite toda. Tudo o resto foi espetacular.

O apartamento apesar de ter algumas remodelações recentes, precisa de se modernizar mais. O ar condicionado na entrada não tem aproveitamento, pois o espaço é muito grande e acaba por pouco se notar. Os quartos é que deveriam ter AC A TV já deveria ter os canais por cabo O espaço do apartamento era agradável e a zona era calma

Ótima casa perto da praia

Gostamos muito da estadia. As camas são confortáveis e a cozinha totalmente equipada e remodelada. As casas de banho estão remodeladas. Apenas algum mobiliário da casa é antigo mas funcional apenas a estética é menos moderna. Mas a decoração já está modernizada. A casa tem muito boas áreas e fica a 10 min a pé da praia com tudo muito perto (supermercado, papelaria, farmácia, cafés e restaurantes). A Zona é muito calma. Apenas a alertar que é um segundo andar sem elevador e é impossível se alguém tiver mobilidade reduzida.

We had a great time in this apartment. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, very well equipped, supermarket opposite the street. Good with kids. Located on the second floor of the building without elevator. Perfect communication with the owner.

Olá Veraneantes!!! Eu e a minha família estivemos 7 noites neste apartamento, e confirmamos que tem excelente localização, boas instalações e bem equipado a nível de eletrodomésticos e comodidades. Encontramos o apartamento limpo e asseado. A D. Ângela é simpática e diligente, caso seja necessário resolver alguma questão. p.s. - O único senão é o acesso ao apartamento ser efetuado apenas por escadaria, o que impossibilita o acesso de uma pessoa com incapacidade motora. De resto foram umas excelentes férias. Aproveitem.

No geral gostámos muito

No geral gostámos muito. A casa estava bastante limpa e arejada e correspondia exatamente à descrição e imagens disponibilizadas. O contacto com o intermediário foi bastante fácil e a reserva correu muito bem. Deixamos apenas alguns reparos, nomeadamente a questão da TV (a TDT não fuuncionou a maior parte do tempo) e sobretudo (e paraquem tem crianças atenção) a questão dos tubos da caldeira que atravessam a maior parte das paredes da casa bem ao nível de uma criança sendo que o tubo da água quente aquece ao ponto de poder provocar queimadura (sugerimos alguma proteção adicional). Fora isso, foi impecável!!!
