Excellent villa with four bedrooms, three w. c, living room and dining area with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. It has private parking near the house and has a very generous terrace area with barbecue which allows meals outdoors. This nice villa is located about 150 meters from restaurants, supermarkets, and roughly 250 meters from the beach Manta Rota.

Holidays in October in Manta Rota

We had an great stay at this beautiful house in Manta Rota. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the stunning beach and local restaurants. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had a spatious outdoor area including a rooftop terrace. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday by the sea!

Ideas for future

Overall, the place was great, as advertised. Host was great and was available upon any requests. From a traveler who has used many Vrbo and others, as we come to Europe regularly, we did find it odd that basic needs were not left for the guests. Simple items like dish soap, dishwasher soap, extra toilette paper or paper towels, garbage bags or recycle bags/bins. When you are on the move for 2 weeks to a month, the need to purchase these items and carry them is difficult. Please do not get us wrong and this is strictly an experience and observation for the future. As mentioned, the area and house were great. Many thanks B&K

De dames waren zeer vriendelijk. Lieten alles controleren.Het huis is goed en ruim. Meubels waren comfortabel.Veel houten kasten en laden die moeilijk open en dicht gingen. Servies en kookgerei meer dan voldoende aanwezig. De stalen schenkkan is lek. Het kastje met de hoofdzekering voor de electriciteit heb ik met een schroef dicht gemaakt want dat is levensgevaarlijk vooral met kleine kinderen. Je kan heel makkelijk bij de open aansluiting. Een goede stop voor de badkuip was er niet.

moradia bem situada e com bons eletrodomésticos.a melhorar:1) no quarto que fiquei, o colchão é de molas e bastante estreito. Merecia um colchão minimamente melhor.2) no wc e quarto poderiam ser colocados uns suportes para acondicionar objetos e roupa. E também uns cestos para colocar a roupa suja.

Falta de Manutenção

A propriedade encontra-se bem localizada, apenas o único senão, a estrada onde se encontra com muitos carros/barulho de dia e de noite. Em relação à propriedade em si tem tudo o que está descrito no anúncio mas, o que não gostamos foi a falta de manutenção, os aparelhos de AC estavam sujos e com mau cheiro, principalmente o da Sala de Estar, os móveis da cozinha também com algumas dobradiças estragadas e as redes mosquiteiras das janelas rotas. No exterior, a churrasqueira está em muito mau estado, com tijolos a cair, até algo perigoso. Contudo e apesar destes pontos negativos, correu tudo bem e todos se divertiram. Obrigado

Haus ist wirklich gross (4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder) + Wohnzimmer und Küche mit allen Notwendigen. Nicht neu und modern aber ok. Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut, bei Fragen über SMS gab es direkt eine Antwort oder Unterstützung seitens einer Mr. Angelika vor Ort. Nett. Haus liegt direkt am Ortskern, in 2 min alles (Restaurants, Supermarkt, Standpromenade, Verkehrsberuhigte Strasse etc) zu erreichen. zum Meer 500 Meter, Kinder können allein gehen - wenig Verkehr. Leider hat das Haus keinen Internetanschluss. Auf Nachfrage hat der Vermieter einen LTE WLAN Router incl. Karte mit limitierte Datenvolumen zur Verfügung gestellt. Konnte man nachladen. TV älter und nur Antenne (liminierte Programmvielfahlt). Kann man empfehlen.

very lovely spacious house close to fabulous beach

The house had ample room for our group of five. Kitchen was nicely stocked with dish ware but no staples like soap or sugar. We enjoyed excellent wifi, refrigerator, dish washer and clothes washer. Beautiful patio without lawn chairs. House was overall terrific. Great beach getaway.
