St. Augustine Beach Condo-Peaceful Getaway

Our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly renovated condo is fully stocked and tastefully decorated for your St. Augustine Beach getaway! Our 2nd floor unit (1 flight of steps up), features WiFi, 2 smart TV's, beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella. The master bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom also had a queen bed with a second bathroom down the hallway. The well equipped kitchen includes coffee maker, toaster, an over-sized sink and garbage disposal. Our balcony has outdoor furniture and small tables to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings! All linens and utilities provided. Small, well-behaved pets, less than 20lbs (as per condo rules), are welcome, limit of 2., pet fee of $150.

*Please note, in January, February and March, we only rent by the month.

Community amenities include 3 pools, (1 heated), tennis, bocce, pickleball, shuffleboard, walking trails, car wash area and, for the fisherman, a private fishing pier! St. Augustine Shore Community Golf Club with 18 holes and driving range, only 2 miles away.

Convenient location, only 15 minutes to historic downtown and 20 minutes to beautiful Crescent Beach! St. Augustine has so much to see and do for everyone: The Alligator Farm, swim with dolphins at Marineland, miniature golf, kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding at our state parks, trolley tours of historic St. Augustine and much much more! Your visit will make you fall in love with all St. Augustine has to offer for a family vacation they'll never forget!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
It would be very helpful if you put all the clean dishes away!
Please let us know if there are any necessities that need to be replaced or if anything is in need of repair.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only two vehicles allowed. No trailers, no boats, no commercial vehicles, no Rv's, no golf carts.
No grills allowed. There are charcoal grills located by the pavilion near the tennis courts and shuffleboard.
If you are bringing your fur baby along, please do not allow them on the furniture or beds.

This was my 3rd stay at this property, as I came down to enjoy the Christmas holiday with my parents who live nearby. I absolutely love this little condo... it's like a little slice of home! As I've stated in my other reviews, it's spotless, comfortable, in the perfect location, and has everything you need for a peaceful getaway. I'm also a daily walker, which the neighborhood is ideal for. There are sidewalks for miles! The hosts are also super communicative and are so kind, friendly, and welcoming. I can't wait to return in the spring!

Obviously, we enjoy staying here since this is our third time at this property. It's quiet, grounds are beautiful, and fits our needs perfectly since it is also a short drive across Highway 1 to the grandsons. Location is close to a great ice cream shop, Cold Cow, and excellent tacos at Mojo's tacos. It's a great value.

Perfect place for a couple

This is the second time we have stayed in the Shores to visit our grandsons. A nice kitchen, porch, washer and dryer made it perfect for a three week stay. Pools are close by and the club house is just a block away. We would certainly stay here again.

Once again, perfect stay for us.

This is our second stay here as we visit our grandsons. For my wife and I, it's perfect. Nice kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice screened in porch. It's on the second floor, so if you have difficulty with stairs then this may be a problem for you. We hope to secure this place in the future when we visit.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was nice and clean with adequate space and close to good restaurants. We also enjoyed the quiet and peaceful vibe of the location. The condo offers some nice areas to walk and to play tennis. We definitely look forward to staying again when we visit next time.

Excellent Vacation

Everything was very clean and updated. The beds, pillows, and sofa were very comfortable. the house is nicely appointed with everything you need. The kitchen was great to cook and eat in. The overall layout of the rooms were perfect. It's close to everything you want to see in St Augustine. The property has a pier that you can fish from or just relax. There is a nature park right next door where you can walk the trails. We had a wonderful time.

The perfect stay for us!

We were pleasantly surprised with this community. Fantastic for walkers, runners and cyclists. 🚴‍♂️ Our hosts were always available for us and prompt with of our needs. Condo suited our needs and relatively a short drive away from beach and downtown core. As for St Augustines? Very quaint, and historical, and laid back. Definetly would recommend this condo and a visit to St Augustine.

Home away from home

We had a long stay in this charming, tastefully decorated St. Augustine condo. The unit was clean and well maintained with sturdy comfortable furniture The rugs are showing signs of wear and tear with some spots but are still in usable condition. Listing and photos are accurate except the welcome mat is worn and faded. It is located in a quiet, peaceful area with many places to walk or bike. Shopping is nearby. Downtown and the beach are about a 10-15 minute drive. Check in process was quick and easy. The owners were readily available and responded promptly to our questions. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a wonderful time!

This condo is such a hidden gem! I booked it because of its close proximity to my family, who live 5 minutes away off US-1, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The unit is absolutely spotless, with clean, beachy, inviting decor. The Conquistador complex itself is so nice, private, and quiet. It was also well stocked with everything we needed for the week. We had our little Shih-Tzu with us, and he loved going for walks around the property and sitting on the screened-in porch at night. The complex sits along the Intracoastal Waterway, and the sunrises there are absolutely beautiful if you get the chance to take one in. If you aren't familiar with St. Augustine, the condo is a prime location because it's about 10 minutes from Crescent Beach and also about 10-15 minutes from downtown, depending on traffic. While there are plenty of vacation rentals up at the beach, this is such a nice alternative, given how calm and quiet it is. The hosts are also super responsive and made us feel very welcome. We loved coming back to our little home away from home every night and look forward to our next stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo community! Everything was clean, neat and comfortable. I loved the walkability, the beautiful pier and close proximity to grocery stores, shops, local sights, the beach and restaurants. The pools have actual hours which we learned during our stay. Dusk is 7:00 pm and the pool passes lock at that time. We spent most of our time in the historic area or at the beaches, so it wasn’t a big deal, but we never got to use the pools.

Mary Ellen and Lance were Awesome Host! Everything was sent to us before and checking in and out was Great! If we had any questions, Mary Ellen would respond right away. Thank you! The Condo was at the front of the property and you could sit out on the porch and relax and people watch. We enjoyed the pier, the walking trails, the pools and we made friends with people in the neighborhood! It was a 15 minute drive to the Beach and downtown St. Augustine. Overall, my group of family and friends had a Fabulous time. We will definitely return.

In 2006, we were looking for a quick long weekend getaway spot to escape out hectic lives. A friend suggested St. Augustine and the rest is history! We fell in love with the combination of its incredible history and beautiful white sandy beaches. We contacted a realtor the second day of our getaway and bought our condo 2 weeks later!. Thirteen years later, we permanently moved down and now live here year-round! We bought a house a few miles from our condo and are enjoying the laid back lifestyle of beach life! We know you’ll fall in love with the oldest city in America also!
