I reside in Cedar Key Fl, the 2nd oldest city in Florida! I own and operate a bed and breakfast called Cedar Key Bed and Breakfast in Cedar Key. My husband and I moved down from Connecticut in January 2003 to purchase the Cedar Key Bed and Breakfast and when he passed away in 2010, I decided to purchase a place in St Augustine to retire there someday knowing how beautiful the city of st. Augustine is with all it's history.
God is so good as I have just remarried and have now decided to share my beautiful condo with others who can enjoy the peace and tranquility I have enjoyed over the past 3 years.

Why they chose this property

I choose this property because of the beautiful natural grounds with all the trees lining the roads into the complex. It is quiet, peaceful and so close to anything you might be in the mood for.
When I walked into this condo to look at it, and saw the magnificent view of the marsh and inter coastal waterway, I knew I was home.

What makes this property unique

The view, tranquility, sunrises, spaciousness of the condo, location, layout of the condo, the back porch where you can sit with your early morning coffee and enjoyed the rising of the sun and the stillness of the morning.
