Spectacular Beachfront Townhouse Condo PELICANS POINTE

Direct beachfront townhouse condo on the beach, beautiful views of the ocean, sunsets, and beach. Very private uncrowded residential beach area.

Beautiful two story private townhouse style condo with beautiful white sand and crystal clear water. You will have the opportunity to see beautiful sunset views of the ocean from the living room balcony and the private on-suite master bedroom balcony.

This location has only two other units in the building. Master bedroom has a private balcony with ocean facing sunset views. The living room balcony is located on the main floor over looking the ocean with the spiral staircase that has direct access to the beach.

Each bedroom has their own ensuite, and the laundry room is conveniently located between bedrooms.

There is parking under the condo for two vehicles and a large locker located there. There are outdoor showers to wash off all the beach sand and salt after swimming.

You can play a round of golf at one of the many nearby courses, and then sit back and relax with a refreshing beverage as you take in the scenery.

This wonderful beach retreat is the perfect place to relax and recharge. With the warm waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico right out your door, you will feel like you have found paradise.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

At check out time please turn up air conditioning to 78 and throw out any opened food in the fridge (condiments like ketchup, mustard, relish, etc... are okay).

Please take out the garbage, turn dishwasher on, lock all the doors, windows, turn off all the lights and fans.

Return the Storage locker key and hang on the coat rack near front door.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Condo cannot exceed the maximum of adults and children booked. We have the right to terminate guest reservation without refund.

We enforce our quiet time policies to all guests after 10pm. We strictly enforce our noise complaint policy and we will terminate guest reservation

Parking is available for two cars. There are no bbq grills allowed on balcony. No smoking on balcony or inside condo.

Pelican pointe did not disappoint, the townhouse was clean and well equipped, balcony on main floor and off master were awesome. The beach in Indian shores is fairly quiet and beautiful, spent 10 days and was definitely not enough. Great stay

Second visit and will go again in 2027. The house is set right on the beach , great balconies although can get a bit hot as no real shade . Sunsets are superb. The house was spotless when we arrived , WiFi great , comfy bed and well stocked kitchen , easy to speak with Tom , all in all a great holiday

We had several issues regarding a strong musty smell and lack of cleanliness. Fridge & freezer were dirty. Persons prior had left items in the fridge. Coffee left in carafe had mold floating in it. We opened dishwasher and it was dirty & smelled horrible. There were no fresh towels in either bathrooms. They were in a closet and had stains and were used & frayed. The dryer did not work.In a previous review from a guest in August they mentioned a cap under the kitchen table and it is still there. Our first day was Aug. 31st and it was still there. Tom the host was easy to talk to but it felt like we were being talked over and he mentioned several times to VRBO consultant that there were no problems which was not true. We would not rent again.

Right on the beach, sit and watch the sunset, birds, dolphins, walk the beach. Condo was well supplied, comfortable bed, parking spot right underneath. Great communication with host. Nicely decorated. Would definitely book again! Close to everything on in that area.

Starting out positively the view is AMAZING. With that being said the overall experience was diminished by the lack of cleanliness. Hair on the bathroom floors, the kitchen and in the main living space there was (water bottle caps, food crumbs etc.) on the floors. Upon entering the VRBO the musty smell masked by candles did not get rid of the moldy stench. There were also cleaning products left on the counters. Towels and sheets were left in the dryer for at least the 4 days we were here. It was obvious to us the place had not been clean very well. The towels are so old, I would use them to wash my car with. There rugs at the front door should be thrown away, tripping hazard. The place is old and needs some TLC. Tom the owner very nice to talk to, he was quick to txt back with our questions. He had a nice list of places to go and to rent bikes from. Loved the location.

Tom was a great host! Very good at communicating and responding quickly. The place was absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location right on the beach. You can’t get better. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable as well. I didn’t want to leave. The sunsets were amazing. The water was clear blue. We saw starfish, dolphins and manatee. I highly recommend this place.
