This beautifully decorated and spacious four-bedroom, three-bath home is perfect for a family gathering or getaway with friends. This wooded location on the point overlooks upper Sylvan Lake, with water clarity to 20-plus feet. Whatever the season, everything you need is onsite, including a wood-burning fireplace, in-home sauna, a game room, an outdoor fire pit, two kayaks, a non-motorized row boat, and a dock side boat lift. Relax on the dock and listen to the loons at sunrise and sunset. Gather round the lakeside fire pit for evening conversation. Experience the fishing in deep, clear Sylvan lake. This private getaway, minutes from the Brainerd/Baxter area as well as numerous restaurants and golf courses, will not disappoint. Rooms throughout the home look onto the lake. The family room features a two-story vaulted ceiling and wood-burning fireplace. The roomy kitchen includes a double oven, center island, large pantry and new refrigerator. The dining table seats eight and can expand to twelve. The game room offers foosball, ping pong, and the classic Donkey Kong video game. The indoor sauna, heated and ready in 30 minutes, will warm you up after a swim or stroll. WIFI and internet television is available. In the family room and porch, is a great place to read, admire the view, or open the windows and enjoy the breeze on summer evenings. Sleeping accommodations are ideal for 14 in beds. The first floor master bedroom has a queen bed and a master bath with Jacuzzi tub and stand alone shower. On the lofted second level a “kids room” sleeps six on two sets of bunks (double beds on the bottom and twins on top). Two other bedrooms, one with an attached deck, have queen beds.
