Great View! Why stay in any condo when you can stay in our One-Bedroom Deluxe End Unit. There are only 2 of this type on every floor. Since our unit is on one of the top 10 floors, you have an obstructed view of the world-famous Manila Bay Sunset. Very close to the Cultural Center, World Trade Center, the US embassy (2 mi), Mall of Asia (3 mi). Only 7 miles from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL). 5 miles from Makati Financial Dist. Free wifi & Netflix.

Due to Covid, the condo management requires the following, 2 days before arrival:

1. Accomplishment of Health and Travel History Declaration Form (We will provide for you to fill out)
2. FOR INTERNATIONAL GUESTS: Copy of COVID-19 negative test results within 14 days for Guest/s or Visitor/s with international travel history for the past 14 days.

The condo office is closed after Noon on Saturday and will not be open until 9 am on Monday morning. If you plan to swim, please let us know ahead of time so we can purchase the ticket for you ahead of time.

Our condo is an end unit. There are only 2 of these in each building. It is conveniently located on Roxas Boulevard, close to Buendia. The property is very close to Star City, Ninoy International Airport (MNL), Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP), World Trade Center, Mall of Asia (MOA), San Juan De Dios Hospiatal, Ospital ng Maynila, US Embassy, Japan Embassy, Manila Ocean Park, Rizal Park (Luneta), Malate Church, Aristocrat. Our smart TV is Netflix enabled. Bedroom drapes can be operated by remote control.

Beautiful view of Manila Bay and the world famous Manila Bay sunset every where in the condo. There are only 2 of these type in each floor. Our 34th floor location makes the view even better.
