Paradise in Indio

We had an absolutely amazing stay here while attending Stagecoach. I was celebrating my 40th with some friends and this house was absolutely perfect! The pool and hot tub were a fantastic addition to the amenities, as we enjoyed both before and after the festival. Everything was fantastic, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and communicative before and during out stay. Would definitely recommend and hopefully come back some day!

Nice house & well maintained property

We rented this house for the Sand Storm lacrosse event at the Empire Polo Club - the location was perfect and was much better than staying in a hotel. The house was clean, the property manager met us for check in and provided a tour of the house, the pool/ spa are also a nice feature. Overall, we’re happy and would recommend this property.

Winter fun inIndio

Lovely home in an easy access area to many amenities. The kitchen supplies particularly flatware and glasses could use an overhaul. Very few wine glasses and not enough silverware. Pool/Hot tub had a few problems while we were there outside of the owners control. Owner replaced some aging outdoor furniture for us while we were there that was greatly appreciated. Overall a positive experience with a few hiccups!

House was nice and clean had a good time except at the arrival the property mangement people rude.

Everything was great with Robert from property management when booking the rental. Upon arrival I spoke to a very Rude property management (I did not get the name)personnel over the phone. But Ivan was great showing us the property.

Private Retreat

The home was super clean and well stocked with a good selection of bath and pool towels and cleaning items. The pool is very private. I am a golfer so didn't mind the golf carts driving by in the morning or the course maintenance crew starting before dawn (we are early risers). Being on a dead end street keeps street traffic down. The TV selection was great -- just took a minute to get used to app-based choices on YouTube TV. But we were able to watch local and national news, major sports and the Golf Channel. The kitchen is very new --great appliances and gas range. The only suggestion is to update the cookware. It was very limited and a strange assortment of items. Location was good and overall this was a great rental for us.

Great Girls Getaway!

We had a fantastic weekend celebrating our bride to be! It was 8 girls and we enjoyed every moment of it. The house was the perfect space for us and the backyard was beautiful! We were able to enjoy ourselves without worry. Great communication with the property manager and they were quick to answer all my questions! Only downside was it’s definitely not equipped to sleep 8 adults but we made it work with blow up mattresses and the couch. Would definitely recommend this home!

Spring break

Needs tlc by owner. All plants in pots died. No garage door opener. Tv does not have local news, only Seattle and Atlanta. No golf or basketball. Couch in back needs to be moved by the pool. Charged too much to heat pool. Limited toilet paper and garbage bags. Not stocked as it could. Coffee machine broke. Not gated.

Great home and relaxing stay

The property was just as advertised and our family had a wonderful experience. The home was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Communication with the host/property manager was easy and they ensured we had everything we needed. Thank you for such a great stay!

Great Getaway

The house was well appointed, had the soft toilet paper, excellent sound system & TV, fans throughout to keep cool and the house is in great proximity to Costco, Sprouts, etc. which we thought was a bonus.
