Le damos la bienvenida a nuestro acogedor apartamento de estilo andaluz a pocos minutos a pie de varios restaurantes y bares en el Centro Plaza y Aloha. Está a solo 15 minutos a pie de Puerto Banús y las playas a ambos lados de Puerto Banús que van desde Marbella a San Pedro.
La propiedad está ubicada muy cerca del Valle del Golf con algunos de los mejores campos de golf como: Los Naranjos, La Quinta, Las Brisas, Aloha y Dame de Noche a 5-10 minutos en coche.

Sobre el departamento:
Este espacioso apartamento en planta baja de estilo andaluz tiene 2 dormitorios (uno doble, uno doble) y 2 baños, con hasta 4 dormitorios y una gran terraza. Se encuentra en el fantástico complejo de La Maestranza, en el corazón de Nueva Andalucía.
Cada habitación tiene un baño grande. Hay una terraza privada que conduce desde la gran sala de estar. La cocina está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos que pueda necesitar, incluyendo lavadora, lavavajillas, hervidor eléctrico, cafetera, microondas, tostadora, etc. El aire acondicionado y la calefacción, así como el ventilador de techo, también están disponibles por separado para cada habitación.

Servicios locales:
Mercadona, un supermercado bien abastecido, así como un banco y una farmacia, se encuentran a las afueras del complejo. A solo 4 minutos a pie del Centro Plaza, que ofrece una variedad de cafeterías y restaurantes y el popular mercado del sábado. También hay muchos restaurantes y bares en la zona de Aloha a 5 minutos a pie.
Todos los sábados por la mañana, hay un mercado callejero muy popular en el Centro Plaza, donde puede recoger todo tipo de gangas.

Sobre complejo:
Hay 3 piscinas, una grande y otra climatizada (que le permite disfrutar de la natación durante todo el año) y una piscina para niños. El complejo es completamente seguro y cerrado con seguridad las 24 horas. El complejo cuenta con un hermoso jardín, lugar para sentarse, tumbonas, baños y duchas. El salvavidas está disponible de junio a septiembre.

En resumen, La Maestranza es un famoso complejo adecuado tanto para familias como para parejas y se encuentra en una de las mejores zonas de la región de Marbella, ya que está cerca de todo lo que deseas. Tener un automóvil realmente no es necesario si elige vivir aquí.

Sobre Puerto Banus:
Puerto Banús se encuentra al oeste de Marbella, antes de llegar al pequeño pueblo de San Pedro de Alcántara. Este es el lugar para dejarse mimar al lado del yate y contemplar esos fabulosos yates de lujo mientras disfruta de una bebida en uno de los muchos restaurantes y bares al aire libre. El entorno es casi ideal, con su impresionante telón de fondo de montaña y vistas al océano.

Puerto Banús cuenta con un casino, un centro comercial, una tienda por departamentos Corte Inglés, un observatorio marino. La vida nocturna bulle en Puerto Banús con su selección de bares al aire libre, clubes de piano y discotecas, mientras que durante el día este es el sueño de los compradores de escaparates con varias de las casas de modas de renombre mundial que se presentan aquí, además de pequeñas tiendas interesantes y boutiques. Hay viajes regulares en bote disponibles regularmente desde el paseo central

Buen apartamento

El apartamento muy amplio y cómodo. Todo como se indica en el anuncio y urbanización muy agradable con 2 zonas de piscina. Recomendable y cerca del puerto para dar un paseo. Volveríamos sin duda.

A good place to stay

A secure, spacious, well equipped, comfortable and generally clean apartment. The community areas are pleasant and kept very clean. The pool is a good size with a lot of poolside chairs available. The only real downside is the size of the parking space which is only usable by a small car. This was remedied to some extent by using a space of another apartment who the owners manager knew was vacant. Anyone with any experience of Spanish underground parking will know that spaces can be very random in size. On street parking was ok as its one way and quite wide. The sidewalks aren't particularly clean. Not the owners fault. Communication with Ayda at all times was swift and correct, lovely to do business with. Our stay at Puerto Banus was to watch my daughter in an "half ironman" event. I would not have normally chosen to stay in this location and have only ever been to the Saturday market. There are lots of shops and restaurants and a bus service into the port, which given the hill to walk over is perhaps as well. Parking can be expensive in the port so be aware. Don't use the one atthe East side seafront @ 10c per minute it really is expensive. Overall a very good stay and one I could recommend.

La maestranza is a very good résidence with cool swimming pool. Appartment was big and clean with everything you need for a week . Perfect for puerto banus !

Lovely apartment

Apartment was in excellent condition and in a good location for shops and restaurants. We appreciated the early check in and all information provided. Ayda was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Superb apartment located in the heart of Marbella!

The apartment itself was neat, wonderful with a great balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast everyday. The grocery store was located in a walking distance and had exactly everything that we needed for our first stay in Marbella. The apartment was located close to the harbour, the beach and also the golf course which is basically what we were looking for. The owner Ayda was so helpful and gave us all the information needed and much more for in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The apartment was located in a gated community which I personally liked and I would never hesitate to stay there the next time we visit Marbella. A+++ for both the owner and their great apartment!

Fabulous apartment ...Great location !!!

This is our second time staying in this fabulous apartment. I have stayed in this apartment with my family last year and we really enjoyed both the apartment and the location and therefore we came back this year again. We spend a week in April. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy and spotless and it has everything to make your stay here very comfortable. The complex is safe, beautiful and has 3 pools and one is heated. Mercadona supermarket, bank and number of nice restaurant are very close by. It is only 15 minutes walk to the Puerto Banus and the beach. We had a day trip to Ojen and La Concha , it is highly recommended. We really enjoyed our holiday and I look forward to coming back again next year again.

Lugnt, fint och lummigt!

Tillbringade fem nätter i lägenheten och är mycket nöjda! Boendet är rymligt, fräscht och mycket trevligt att bo i. Positivt med två badrum och egen ingång. Allt vi behövde fanns i lägenheten. Bra wifi! Ca 15 minuters promenad till havet. Trevlig hyresvärd som vi upplevde var lätt tillgänglig och gav bra information. God mat på kvartersrestaurangen Pasta caffe. Utflykter till Gibraltar och Ronda rekommenderas! Vi rekommenderar lägenheten.

Lovely property for a family holiday

Just returned home from a three-week stay (May 26 to June 16, 2018) at La Maestranza which is in an ideal location to walk into Puerto Banus, although it is steep over a short distance. The daily stroll down to the port kept us fit as did the large swimming pool which during our time there was relatively peaceful. The complex is well-serviced by the surrounding three supermarkets and plentiful restaurants and bars. Have to mention the superb Top Thai restaurant at Centro Plaza, minutes from the accommodation, which also does takeaways. Ayda is always a text away and we were delighted with her generosity to allow for early arrival and late departure times. Despite there being a washing-machine in the apartment, Ayda arranged for a change of bed-linen and towels midway through our stay, which we appreciated. La Maestranza is an exceptionally well-maintained resort and reception staff, who mainly speak Spanish, were welcoming and friendly. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms which have ample storage and the air-conditioning and ceiling fans were much-needed. Two bathrooms were also ideal for our family of three. Although we never expected to watch TV on holiday, there were times we were glad of the hundreds of channels available, including Marbella TV where we caught up with the day's events at the Feria de San Bernabe we attended. We can highly recommend this apartment as a good base for exploring the Costa del Sol. We hired mountain bikes and took to the hills visiting the nearby village of Istan and were lucky to spot some wild boar, mountain goats and peregrine falcons, on our ride. Another bonus is the Saturday outdoor market is on the doorstep. We would definitely consider returning to this apartment in the future.

Lovely apartment the owner is very helpful.

Me my wife and my two girls stayed here. The apartment has two nice bedrooms with two bathrooms the rest of the apartment is a good size it has everything you need it’s like second home. Its in a lovely complex with two pools and very safe complex that is gated. There is a lot of restaurants around the apartment in a short walk and the supermarket in a short walk to has everything you need too. The walk to the harbour is a nice walk not to long the town has everything you need. We had 8 night this April and we had the best time and we will go back.

Osterferien 2018

Das Apartment war in einer ganz tollen Anlage. Die Wohnung war geräumig und sauber.Zwei große Fernseher mit über 1000 internationalen Sendern. Da die Anlage auf einem Berg liegt, muss man, wann man zu Fuß unterwegs ist, einige Steigungen in Kauf nehmen. Betten waren gut, Klimaanlage konnte als Heizung benutzt werden. Die Fotos entsprechen dr Wirklichkeit. Würde jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen.

This is the third time I have come to this apartment. This one is perfect, very well equipped: television, cable with all the channels, terrace, kitchen ... everything is there. The apartment is very well located and the residence has several very nice swimming pool. And especially a serious and available owner.

C'est la troisième fois que je viens dans cet appartement. Celui-ci est parfait, très bien équipé: télévision, cable avec toutes les chaînes, terrasse, cuisine équipée...tout y est. L'appartement est très bien situé et la résidence comporte plusieurs piscine très agréable. Et surtout une propriétaire sérieuse et disponible.

Beyond excellent

We spent 5 nights in this beautifull apartment and loved it so much. So clean and spacious, well equiped with everything you kay need in your holiday stay. Feels like home! There were tow beautifull pools, one heated, and amazingly made complex with easy 15 min walk to the beach. Nice restaurants, cafe's and supermarkets were closely around. All this great things in one side and a wonderful and kind host in the other side made our holiday stay even more comfortable. Thank you Ayda. We will definitely be back next year again and will recommend it to our friends and family for sure. Xxx

A wonderful holiday

My friends and I have had a wonderful holiday at this accommodation.The accommodation is beautiful, the swimming pool wonderfully refreshing, everything clean and beautifully decorated. Ayda was very welcoming and we found the environment extremely relaxing and enjoyable. We liked being able to cook our own food in the well-equipped kitchen and the breakfasts made with fresh local / home produce and catering to our many dietary requirements!I wish we had spent more time there. Special thanks to Ayda, she is a great host.
