PENTHOUSE-DRAMATIC TAHOE CITY 2 BED WITH LOFT & 3 FIREPLACES, SLEEPS 6
We will be traveling during the month of January and we are considering renting our home to families and small groups. We are open to a January ski lease or 5 night minimum rental.
Our home offers:
- 2 King Beds, 1 queen Bed, 1 queen sofa bed
- Great room with 20ft vaulted wood ceilings, large gas fireplace, 70 in smart TV, and covered BBQ deck attached
- Large dining, kitchen, family room combination with wood burning fireplace, bar, and 65 in flat screen TV
- Easy walking distance to Tahoe City, Granlibakken Resort, the Tahoe House Cafe, New Moon Natural Foods, and TART Public Bus Stop.
-Level access property, level parking for 4 cars with semi covered carport
-Snow Removal Included
We are open to groups of no more than 6 people. The price will be based on the length of stay, time of stay and number of guests. Ski lease negotiable and nightly rate from $250/night.
Separate caretaker unit located at the property with private entrance.
Sorry we are not pet friendly, and non-smokers only please.
