This condo does not have the compressor for air on the porch - it’s extra enjoyable just hearing the ocean and not the noise of the machine - all other condos have the air conditioners on their balconies!

Located in ESJ Towers building right next door to the El San Juan Hotel and Casino. Enjoy the ocean breeze from your private balcony. Relax in the formal living room, furnished with a leather couch and lounge chair. Or cozy up in the rec room with a new smart TV. We also just bought a new air unit fall of 2020.
