This property was perfect for our family (2 adults & 2 teens- 17 yr) and our friends who visited for two nights (1 adult & 2 teens 16 & 14). This condo was amazingly clean, well organized, with any and every amenity you need for an 8 night stay. It was very spacious, and had room for all of us to spread out and sleep comfortably. Having both a separate living room and a den gave the adults & teens some much needed space. The kitchen has every utensil, pot, pan, or gadget needed to cook/bake anything. Full size coffee maker and brand new fridge with ice maker were nice! Look in the pantry before you go to the store, there were some seasonings and coffee filters already there. Washer & Dryer are brand new too. Judy provides tons of extra linens, bath & beach towels!! Beach chairs, umbrella & beach toys are out on the balcony.
The balcony faces the beach and has a gorgeous view, and it's the lowest floor in the building which allowed us to take the stairs or the elevator for easy access to the lobby, beach and one covered parking spot. The lobby of the hotel has a coffee shop, restaurant, bar, and game room with ping pong & pool table (our teens loved this!) The beach, condo and surrounding neighborhood is safe and beautiful. There are umbrella & chair rentals, as well as jet ski & parasailing, and food vendors right in front of the condo. The beach is safe and clean, and we felt comfortable letting the teens go out on their own. Lots of restaurants, shops, grocery & CVS within walking distance. This was the perfect location to explore San Juan, Loiza, Loquillo, Rio Grand, El Yunque and take snorkeling & bioluminescent excursions out of Fajardo.
The owner, Judy, is very responsive and has thought of everything to make renting her home very enjoyable. Thank you, Judy, we will be back!
