Hotels & Casinos like San Juan Resort, Ritz Carlton, Intercontinental, Water & Beach Club, lots of Restaurants & Bars just minutes walking from us. Water sports rentals available nearby. Bus stop just in front of building, public transportation.

Great stay! The view was epic and so great to wake up to the beautiful ocean ever morning. AC was perfect, we had all that we need! Hosts were great with communication if we had questions! Building was safe, parking easy, and beach access was awesome! Would stay here again!

Everything was great except the control to open and enter to the building was not working. We just had to wait for someone else each time or enter with another car. That part was very frustrating. Other then that are stay was great. Condo is very nice beach is great and a lot of near by restaurants and options. Would stay again for sure. Just the view with your morning coffee is amazing. Thx again.

Beautiful apartment right in front of Hobie Beach! The apartment is perfectly located by the airport and other locations near Carolina and the old San Juan neighborhood. The rooms were clean, the hosts were responsive, and the building was great. Would book again!

This is our third time staying here and it's an excellent condo. I wish the the washer and dryer were operating but that's the only issue. The apartment is beautiful and located in the perfect part of Isla verde beach!!

Large balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the beach. Unit came equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, and cart. Property included large pool, and coin operated laundry near the lobby. 24/7 security staff and electronic fob to access entrance, pool and beach made us feel secure.

A great first visit to PR!

This property was right on the beach that allowed us to get daily views and walks. The kids also enjoyed the pool and the local restaurants. Staff was friendly and easy to engage. We were able to take advantage of some fantastic PR sightseeing experiences and enjoyed learning the history and connecting with the local community. We are very much looking forward to coming back in the future!

Beautiful ocean view and cute patio for 4. Spent a lot of time relaxing on patio. Nicely furnished. Small kitchen with all appliances necessary for comfort. Walgreens and car rental right across street. Owners were helpful with our questions.

Great location

We stayed in this same building back in March. The location, beach & views are awesome. FYI, the proximity to the water takes its toll on the rental property. Just know that going in & you won’t be disappointed. When we come back again as I am sure we will we would look to stay in the same place.

Great trip to Puerto Rico!

Had a wonderful stay in this rental. Place was very clean and great location. The view was amazing! There were a couple things that were a little out dated and needed repairs but it was ok. Any problems were addressed right away by Yary and Victor. We are going back!!

Great place to stay for vacation, we only had an unfortunate issue that the AC on the building broke for 3 days. It was kind of difficult to sleep at night because of the heat inside the place. I spend most of my time out so it didn’t matter much.
