Modern storey house with quite spacious and a large terrace overlooking the garden of 400 m2.

It is a functional house and very pleasant to live with 3 bedrooms upstairs. She is fully equipped. The garden is fenced. A sofa bed is unfoldable on the ground floor. The place is peaceful and quiet.

It is a residential area with bike paths, near the Pessac Zoo and the Eco-site of Bourghail. You will be 12 minutes from Bordeaux and 45 minutes from the Bassin d'Arcachon and beaches. There is a train station 5 minutes by car. You are also 10 minutes from Bordeaux airport

Maison accueillante au calme et propre. Maison adaptée pour un couple et 3 très jeunes enfants (lits trop petits). Peu de rangements pour affaires personnelles, piscine appréciable mais un peu froide, manque transat. Beaucoup d'insectes (moustiques et araignées).

Séjour en famille pour une petite semaine au sein de cette maison très accueillante et propre. La déco vous invite à vous installez comme chez vous. La situation à proximité de Bordeaux et des axes rapides est très appréciable pour les sorties et visites.

Nous avons séjourné pdt 1 semaine dans la maison avec nos 2 enfants de 3 et 6 ans. La maison est très agréable, fraîche, nous n’avons manqué de rien, confort parfait, propreté irréprochable. Pleins de jeux pour les enfants qui ont été plus que ravis! Deco design et moderne, on s’y sent comme chez soi! La communication avec les hôtes a été facile et agréable, Nelly est à l’écoute et très disponible. Nous recommandons bien sûr!
