Waterfront Pensacola Beach, FL Condo available March 22nd through March 29th.
2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo on Pensacola Beach overlooking Pensacola Bay and across the street from the Gulf of Mexico.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, master bathroom with oversized walk in shower, and a sliding glass door leading to the screened in patio overlooking Pensacola Bay.
The second bedroom has two twin size beds and a large window. Across the hall is the second full size bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, and utensils. There is a small kitchen table and a full size dining room table. There is even an in unit washer and dryer.
The living room has a new pull out sofa, allowing the unit to sleep six people comfortably. In addition to the sofa, there are two chairs facing the large HD TV. Just off the living room is a large sliding glass door leading out to the screened in porch overlooking Pensacola Bay. This particular unit has the best views of any unit at the resort!
This unit also has a small storage unit below for storing your beach gear.
My family has vacationed here for 15 + years and absolutely love the small well kept complex, waterfront views, and short walk to the Gulf! There are many great waterfront restaurants within walking distance, and the iconic Gulf front Pensacola Beach pavilion with live music and entertainment.

Our family has vacationed here for many years and absolutely love it. Our kids ask year round if we can go to the beach house!
What makes this property unique
The size of the units and location directly on Pensacola Bay (the views from the room are amazing) really can not be beat for the price. There is public gulf access directly across the street, less than a five minute walk. This quant resort allows you to enjoy Pensacola Beach's beautiful waterfront for a fraction of what gulf front hotels charge.
