This complex only has 32 units on a large piece of land. Many owners do not rent making the complex feel very open. The complex has a tennis/pickleball court and a brand new heated pool/spa & sand volleyball court opening in March 2026. The Sound has the perfect beach area for families with small kids.
この宿泊施設の特徴
This property is located at the end of the residential portion of the island before the entrance to Ft. Pickens, which it makes it ideal for a quieter beach. Located on the narrow part of the island with both the gulf and sound just a short walk. See the gulf from the front deck and the sound from the back deck with some amazing sunsets over the water in the summer from the back deck.
