Super emplacement pour vos vacances. PrĂšs de Boardwalk / Beach.

Ce condo récemment mis à jour est disponible pour les groupes familiaux. Des groupes d'étudiants responsables seront considérés.
Chaque chambre a un lit queen et un lit jumeau. Il y a 1 canapĂ© convertible dans le salon situĂ© Ă  gauche. De nouveaux tapis dans tout le condo viennent d'ĂȘtre installĂ©s ainsi qu'un nouvel ensemble de salle Ă  manger et une chaise de salon.
Fumer n'est autorisé qu'à l'extérieur sur le pont. Des cendriers sont fournis.
Piscine creusée pleine grandeur dans le complexe accessible uniquement aux personnes séjournant dans l'unité. Aucun visiteur extérieur n'est autorisé. Veuillez consulter les rÚgles du condo.
Un parking gratuit sur place est disponible sur les parkings. Doit voir Summer Manager pour obtenir un permis de stationnement pour Ă©viter d'ĂȘtre remorquĂ©. Un seul vĂ©hicule sur les lots principaux du week-end du Memorial Day au week-end du Sunfest. Les vĂ©hicules supplĂ©mentaires doivent utiliser un terrain Ă  dĂ©bordement / dĂ©bordement derriĂšre le bĂątiment # 1.
Désolé, les animaux ne sont pas autorisés.
Nous ne fournissons pas de draps, serviettes ou produits en papier, etc. mais 1 sac poubelle, 1 rouleau de papier toilette et 1 rouleau de serviettes en papier sont fournis au début de votre séjour. Il y a des oreillers et des couvertures supplémentaires dans les chambres ainsi que les couettes qui sont déjà sur les lits.

Pluses: Good location. Pool was nice. Great communication from the owner. Good amount of space. Negatives: Beds are a little uncomfortable, bit of a musky smell throughout.

It was an okay place to stop. I would not say I liked it or loved the place but it was fine for one night. The place was outdated and slightly run down with signs of wear and tear such as dimples in the wall and chipping paint. The beds were creaky and the host does not supply sheets or any linens needed including towels. The worst of it was the smell. It hits you as soon as you walk in, and it lingered. It’s hard to describe besides a smell of mildew and “old”. I had trouble sleeping because of the smell. Positives: The host was very nice and the shower pressure was good. Great location to the board walk, only a 15 minute or less drive. Plenty of space for our group and more. Easy parking as well.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything looked very clean. Area was very family friendly when we stayed. Pool and outdoor area was clean. Host was excellent, very friendly and smooth communication.

Things you need to bring that they do not tell you... pillows, blankets, Febreze and Lysol. The area is cute and nice. Checking in was easy. As soon as we entered the condo we were smacked in the face with the smell off mold/mildew, pet smell and maybe cigarettes. The beds and pillows were stained with sweat stains. Water damage under the ac and walls. We found beef jerky under one of the pillows on the couch from prior guest. I wore shoes or sandals the entire time due to the floor/carpet feeling rough and grimy. The condo appeared to look clean but felt and smelt dirty. We carried the smell home with us. It was imbedded in our luggage, clothing and hair. That was honestly the worst part. It had a dark and gloomy vibe despite the teal paint working hard to give bright beachy vibes. The beds were uncomfortable with springs poking you and squeaking with the slightest movement. Needless to say, we did not sleep well. I slept with only the sheet I brought due to the smell of the blankets provided. There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher from the prior guest. The bathroom had yellow residue on the ceiling. This was extremely disappointing and not worth the money. We were all excited to get home to clean up. I needed to clean my car out and spray to get the smell from our luggage out. I do not recommend.

Beautiful & Cozy ..Ocean City Md Vacation

This Vacation Condo is Amazing , Ms.Annemarie (Owner) Made sure our stay was very Comfortable, Clean, cozy beds, enough cooking ware, spacious and Communicating with her was prompt & excellent. The pool was very clean & Neighbors are very nice ..It’s Close to the Broadwalk, Amusement parks , and Convenient Stores if needed .. This is A Top Pick !

The place was a fine place to stay with the condo being on the corner of the property with a non-shared deck. It was clean and had plenty of space. It was easy to park. The development's pool was nice and we used it often since it was set in the center and close. There were some negatives about the place though. Many things were dated including the pots and pans, the stove, the coffee maker, and the TV. There was water damage in several areas including around the doors, the one air conditioner, and the wall between the dining area and the bathroom. The toilet gave us some difficulty, including getting clogged once (which my husband was able to use the plunger on) and also frequently continuing to run which required you to lift the back lid off to manually lift the flapper. Also, the upstairs guests were very noisy and sounded like they were jumping up and down or wrestling early in the morning, every morning. Lastly, and this is our biggest complaint - all of the beds (except for the one queen) were VERY uncomfortable and/ or noisy. The queen in the room we slept in creaked terribly (every time one of us rolled over) and sagged in the middle - both my husband and I were not able to sleep through the night because of that. The twin in the same room room had springs poking through the box springs. The bunk bed was very wobbly with noticeably loose screws. None of the kids wanted to sleep up on the top due to that so ended up bunking together.

Overall the property is great! A little bit of a walk to the beach as expected. The mattresses are a little uncomfortable from obvious use but otherwise a great place to stay.

Night in OC

The property is dated but relatively clean besides missed food items by cleaning company. The beds were very uncomfortable and in poor condition. We did not sleep well. Notified owner about the issues.

This Condo Association is comprised of owners who are committed to ensuring a well-maintained community. We are committed to enforcing the Condo Association rules to ensure everyone's safety and well-being. The Summer Manager is available from Memorial Day to Sunfest weekend.
We do not provide linens or towels.

There is a front deck with deck chair which faces the common ground area. Swimming pool on site. Free parking. Free Cable + WiFi. Within walking distance of the Boardwalk, Beach, bars, restaurants and various activities.
