There is unlimited space for you to walk through hills and in the orchards on this private estate all year around. Honeymooners would love it here!
You will have an open plan fully equipped modern kitchen, with new dishwasher, oven and gas hob and expresso machine, fridge and separate freezer, a guest toilet and even a laundry room with tumble dryer, washing machine, iron board and iron.
The sunny salon has internet and TV, HiFi and some good books.
There are many candles in Glas holders for outside, a protected terrace for dining and the big terrace in front of the house for sunbathing and resting.
The bedroom is super cozy with the most comfortable 5* mattress, a terrace door with mosquito screen to outside gardens and the attached bathroom gives you lots of space for a bath or shower! Lots of closet space and shelves! Bath towels and a big towel for the pool for each guest is available!
The interior is immaculate and tastefully combined.

A 12 m diameter round swimming pool is situated in the gardens with lots of space for lounges about 4 min walk and has a comfortable big pool house with shower and toilet and a big salon.
The owner is always available if you require help or advise and you are welcome to share the gardens and property!
You are only 15 min away from Cannes and many villages like Antibes, Valbonne, Opio, Theoule and Grasse offer things to look at. Top quality Gym Fitlane is in short distance for daily work out.
