The size & layout of this house is great. Location to Osage beach amenities & bars is perfect! Enclosed gazebo is nice for evenings, everything as pictured.

Family Time

We come to the lake each year with our kids and grandkids. It is the highlight of our year. Tĥis house worked out perfectly for our group, with space fir eveyone. We will return.

Wonderful house in a great location! House was very clean and well kept. Loved each bedroom having its own bathroom. The dock is in good shape and well maintained although you do get some waves from the main channel on busier days the boats were still safe in the slips. Would definitely stay again!

Incredible House and Experience!!

This house is beautiful and is in a great location! The house is well supplied to meet our needs and the owners were very helpful in answering questions and communicating with me throughout the process. We had a house of 10 males and we all had our own bed. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Beautiful property and location!

The home was so clean and well laid out floor plan. The view when you walk in the door is breathtaking! The floor to ceiling view of the lake was unbelievable. The dock is so big, there is plenty of room to hang out, play, and sunbathe 😁. It’s off the main channel, so calm waters for swimming and fishing. We didn’t want to leave! We highly recommend this rental to anyone!

LOVED this house, great location, layout & dock

I travel to the Lake quite often & have seen all kinds of houses, this is definitely one of my faves. This was our annual girls trip, there were 14 adults & we felt like we had plenty of space. The 4 bathrooms with that many women were great. Very spacious, made good use of every space, like adding the bunks in the rooms with the queens. Deck areas & dock were perfect. Good location. Plenty of parking. All paved! Owner very responsive & very pleasant! Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing!

From the very 1st moment you walk through the front doors, you will be amazed by the outstanding view. House has everything you need. Our children spent countless hours on the large dock, fishing and kayaking. The floor plan accommodated our large family very comfortably. The outdoor gazebo was awesome for our family game night when it was raining!

Perfect Lake Vacation Home

Our whole family stayed at Brad and Brenda's for our annual summer vacation to the lake. Everything from the house to the dock to the location and cute little gazebo was amazing. The large outdoor living space and view of the main channel made Brad and Brenda's property the perfect lake escape, and offered an ideal set up for swimming, fishing, big family meals, and watching endless boat traffic. The house itself was very clean, and the bedrooms accommodated our family nicely. The dock was also very spacious, and renters were allowed use of two kayaks, a water mat, and other water "toys". The house itself was absolutely beautiful - the kitchen was stocked with all sorts of utensils and appliances, lots of beds, large bedrooms, great amount of storage, etc. - and the living space allowed our group of adults and children plenty of space to move around and not feel like we were on top of each other. Brad and Brenda were great to work with and always quick to respond and answer any questions. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I wish was that we could have stayed longer! Thanks again Brad and Brenda for allowing us to stay at your beautiful lake home!

Property met to exceed our expectations. House was spacious and clean. Was evident that owners put in the thought to what is needed for a stay. Location on the lake was great. We very much enjoyed our time and would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Great stay!

We stayed at Brenda’s home with our kids and another couple and their kids. The house was very clean and fully stocked. Location was great! Everyone had a lot of fun and there were no issues!

Wonderful home for family vacation!

Loved the spaciousness of the main living room. Kids enjoyed the large swim dock and the ladder made for easy in and out. The home had all the amenities we needed to grill and cook family meals. We loved the location… looking across the lake to forested cliffs and able to watch the boats go by while relaxing on the deck! Lovely property.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Rental arrangements went very smooth with consistent prompt responses from the owner. The Best at the Lake

This was our second stay at Brenda’s home and I think we enjoyed it just as much, if not more than the first stay! The home is so beautiful and accommodating. They have everything you could need for your stay. We will definitely be back!

Hello, we are Brad & Brenda. We have been coming down to the Lake of the Ozarks for years, staying at Brad's parents house in Sunrise Beach. We love the lake and decided it was time to invest in our own lake house. We have worked hard to get the house ready for our guests and hope you love it as much as we do.

When we started our search, we were looking up and down the lake for the right property. We wanted a house with a great view with big windows that faced the lake. We also wanted a great dock to enjoy hanging out on and swimming off of. This house had that and so much more. We like the large bedrooms, all with private full bathrooms and all with lake views. The Master bedroom off the Main level has its own deck space as well. The house has an open concept that we love. The view of the lake is awesome and we love the dock. The screened gazebo to the side of the house is great to hang out and relax in with a glass of wine (or whatever your choice of beverage is). The deck is also spacious and offers good places to hang out. We also like the paved road to the house and the good parking space.
