Contemporary apartment, close to shops, beach and train station, renovated on the raised ground floor. air-conditioned, offering all the comfort sought for a wonderful vacation on the pool, which consists of the following rooms:

-a living room (160X200cm sofa bed/TV) with dining room (6 people) which opens onto a terrace
-a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a west-facing terrace not overlooked, in a quiet area
-a bedroom (140X190cm bed/TV/storage) on west-facing terrace (garden furniture/large table for lunch and dinner in the sun)
-a bathroom with WC
-a mezzanine (140X190cm bed + a 140X190cm mattress on the raised floor)

Secure private parking.

Linen not provided, possibility to rent via the agency [hidden] 1 pack of 140cm sheets and towels/7 nights = €42
