About this property

Apricale - Southfacing Holidayflat with lovely Terrace (4 Persons / 1 Bedrooms)

This flat forms part of a medieval house in the historic village centre of Apricale, one of the prettiest mountain villages in Italy. The village square with small shops and a number of restaurants is only a few minutes walk away. The flat has been completely renovated over the last few years and offers a comfortable ambience. It has a fitted kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, a small bedroom (bunk bed of which the lower part can be extended into a double bed), a living room with eating area and sofa bed and a shower room. The living room gives access onto the pretty terrace from where beautiful views over the valley can be enjoyed.
The flat is kept warm with a coal fired oven during the colder months. Free parking is available on a private car park only 50m away from the house. From here, a small mews and a few rather steep steps lead up to the flat.
Pets are not permitted.

Sehr hübsche Wohnung im wunderschönen Apricale

Ligurien pur! Im wunderschönen Apricale verbrachten wir eine Woche in dieser hübschen Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden, sehr sauber und mit Oleandro bezüglich Buchung/Wohnungsübergabe sehr unkompliziert. Empfehlen wir deshalb gerne weiter!
