¡Ven y relájate con la serenidad de todo lo que Silver Lake tiene para ofrecer! Estamos en una sección tranquila del lago y disfrutamos de la llamada de los bribones. ¡Seguro que los verás nadando también!
En el bosque de Silver Lake, esta cabaña moderna tiene una cocina con microondas y todas las comodidades, como cafetera y máquina de café espresso. Sala de estar / comedor con vista a Silver Lake con 3 puertas francesas que se abren en una bonita terraza para tomar una taza de café de arándanos. No necesita preocuparse por encontrar una lavandería, ya que hay una lavadora y secadora en el sótano. El dormitorio principal, con una cama queen alta, está en la escalera abierta con vista a la terraza y al lago. Libros, DVD, rompecabezas y juegos están a su disposición. Cada habitación tiene su propio televisor / DVD. Esta cabaña tranquila está a 45 minutos al norte de Bangor, ME, entre Lincoln y Lee.

¿Te gusta caminar? ¿Te gusta montar en tu vehículo de cuatro ruedas? ¿Te gusta simplemente sentarte y beber café de arándanos y no hacer nada? ¡Este es el lugar para hacerlo! Un montón de senderos justo detrás de la casa. Canotaje es una buena opción también. ¡Trae a tu mejor amigo de cuatro patas y pasa el rato en el lago!


En el área: También en el área hay restaurantes en Lincoln y Lee, con un hospital con ER en Lincoln a solo 9 millas de distancia. En Lincoln también hay un supermercado WalMart y Hannaford. Un montón de tiendas de regalos y tiendas de antigüedades en la zona, así como paseos a caballo.

Para aquellos con ganas de jugar, Bangor tiene un casino. ¡Y Maine también es el hogar de Stephen King! ¡Quizás lo pasarás por la calle!

This was our first experience with a VRBO property, and it could not have gone any better. The homeowner James answered every question in a timely manner, and when he found out we would be arriving after dark, he made sure that there were lights on so we wouldn't be entering a dark house. The house was exactly as advertised, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything necessary to cook if you so desire. Everything was spotless, there were extra blankets and pillows, and the towels and wash cloths were plentiful. The house was nicely decorated for Halloween, and was nicely decorated in general. There were multiple entertainment options - books, movies, streaming apps, etc. My family had the best time and we highly recommend this house if you're looking to spend time in Maine:)

The Lakefront home is absolutely wonderful! This was our 5th stay here and each time we love it more and more. Words just can’t describe the beauty of looking out over the lake while sipping coffee on the deck or listening to the loons at night from the lovely upstairs bedroom.There’s something magical about walking down to the dock and going for a kayak or canoe paddle any time you want. A review I read the first year we came said it was “right out of a Hallmark movie.” And it is. It was immaculately clean and the neighbors, Jim and Diane to the right are fabulous. We love that we can bring our dogs and we all feel right at home. We really appreciate the kindness of James, the owner, in generously sharing his special place!

Relaxing mom getaway

This cabin was peaceful and relaxing. Wildlife right outside to watch with morning coffee excellent view very cozy yet spacious, clean, well stocked, the hosts and caretaker are considerate and thoughtful. Our stay was everything that was promised and more.

James and Diane's cabin was a little slice of paradise in rural Maine. The scenery right out the back door is absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed listening to the calls of the loons at night while sitting on the deck with cocktails. The house was spotless and has everything you could need for your stay. We brought many things with us that we never even opened. It was even stocked with Starbucks K cups! That made my coffee loving heart very happy. They even provided upscale bath products, and had a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us when we arrived. One thing to keep in mind… This is not a tourist location, so you will be driving quite a distance for restaurants, etc. But that is what we wanted. Highly recommend treating yourself to a stay at this lovely home.

Beautiful peaceful home on lake

This property was absolutely beautiful. The homes open concept with cathedral ceilings are gorgeous. The lake view from the bedroom upstairs is so relaxing. More than i imagined. We will definitely be back to enjoy this property and all the lake has to offer. The hosts are amazing as well.

Beautiful house on the lake

The host is very responsive! He went above and beyond when I asked to book and additional night! He even called, texted and messaged in VRBO, letting me know the house was ready for us to check in. The pictures of the house do not do the house justice! It is very nice! Everything had a place and it was very clean! The house has everything you need, including indoor/outdoor games and plenty of movies.The lake is absolutely peaceful. We enjoyed most of our time on the dock or on the lake canoeing and kayaking. If you are looking for peaceful time away, this is your place!

James bought the house as a retirement home. BUT he knew that retirement was a long way in the future so he outfitted it like he would like to see it and decided to rent it out so others could enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of Maine.
When we met he said he would never be able to see Maine again...as he had lived there as a young man and went to school for college there. This proves him wrong!!

We looked at homes in Vermont and New Hampshire because we thought Maine was totally out of the price range. But Maine is where we both wanted to be. He found this one on his own and I got to pick between two. This one is the winner!

Quiet, quiet, quiet!! Not in a subdivision! Lake to look out at one side and woods the other. My kind of living!
