Leave used beds stripped and unmade. Clean dinnerware, pots, pans, glasses and empty the dishwasher. Discard used food from cabinets and refrigerator. Remove trash and place in receptacle outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amazing Summer

Location, location, location. If you love the beach, you will be in heaven at the property. Everything is within walking distance, and the beach is steps away. The property is very comfortable, clean, and has everything you could want. I don’t think you can find a better place in OOB. The hosts are great communicator, and keep the condo in perfect shape. Loved this place.

Fun in the Sun

We had a great 30 day vacation at OOB. Mark and Cheryl's condo was laid out very well and was supplied with everything you needed in the condo as well as for the beach. Views were spectacular and we had good seats on the deck to watch the fireworks every Thursday from 6/24 through August. I can't say enough good things about Mark & Cheryl.. They are just very good people. We will be back!!

Wonderful and Relaxing time!

Beautiful, clean, well equipped condo right on the beach. Gorgeous sunrises, enjoyed sipping coffee every morning on the terrace overlooking the ocean, daily walks on the beach and sleeping to the sound of the waves. I was able to work from home with reliable internet connection. Visited Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, Wells, Higgins Beach, Cape Elizabeth and some great restaurants in Portland. Cheryl and Mark were lovely and very thoughtful offering great suggestions. Didn’t want to leave and hope to be back!

Amazing!

We were very pleased to stay at this property. Great condo and a great location on the beach. We stayed for 6 weeks and it felt like home away from home. The condo was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. It was awesome to watch sun rises as well as moon rises from the balcony. Weather permitting we enjoyed long walks along the shoreline. It was a happy place to stay. We would love to go back for summer.

Perfect for us....

We were looking for a beachfront property to spend a month in the Portland area to visit with family...this property met our needs completely! Property was spotless, well equipped and property managers were readily available to make our stay worry free. Waking up to the sounds of the waves......just perfect!

Why they chose this property

We've lived in Old Orchard Beach over 15 years. During those years we've walked our beach winter, spring, summer and fall. We love our beach so much we purchased a condo so we could not only walk the beach, but wake up to the sound of waves and fall asleep next to that amazing ocean. For several years we searched for the right place to purchase. The moment I stepped onto the large deck, I felt in love with our condo. I had seen many other condo along the beach, but they all had limited space on their decks. The views are amazing!

What makes this property unique

Our condo has a beautiful history as this building was built in the 1940's. We have a Youtube video showing the beach filled with people enjoying a summers day back in 1960. What's unique about our building as that historically, it was a hotel. Circa 1991, it was remodeled into a six unit condominium building. Our condo is positioned in the best spot. Top floor! The views are amazing!
