Stunning view of Edinburgh Castle for a memorable stay in the City Centre

One of our most stylish and design-led properties, The Edinburgh Castle Suite does not disappoint, both with its stunningly fashionable interior and its unbeatable view of the Castle will leave you thrilled.

-Booking Requirements-
One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.

Our properties are protected by Truvi (previously known as SuperHog), the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space.
Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself and process a £500 deposit or £35 damage waiver. The damage deposit payment will incur a £10 fee. This Truvi verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in.

There is more than enough space for a family or group. A spacious living room with modern furniture and stunning artwork will be the perfect place to unwind after a day's exploring. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a large dining table and seating for up to 6 people

Being situated on the famous Castle Terrace, it's a five minute walk to Princes Street, Grassmarket, and you'll be at The Royal Mile in just 10 minutes. The location is simply perfect for anyone visiting Edinburgh, whether it be for business or leisure.

Please contact the property manager to arrange a time to meet you at the property on arrival as there is no reception area or onsite staff to assist you if you arrive without notice!

This apartment was exactly as listed and suited us perfectly for our week in Edinburgh. It is well-appointed throughout with a stately flair. Comfortable, high quality furniture, great lighting overhead and accent lamps, beautiful wallpaper, artwork and other design features make this place special. One note: you have to walk up two flights of stairs and there is no lift; this was not an issue for our family (my husband was in charge of hauling the suitcases up), but could be a challenge for some. Edinburgh Castle is on view through the living room windows and a short 5-10 minute walk to the top of the Royal Mile, as is Grassmarket. There is a Sainsbury local grocery store two blocks away in both directions, and many restaurants and pubs within an easy walk.

Excellent location. Extremely large, bright space. Bring good walking shoes. Edinburgh is very walkable, but it is uphill, both ways.

Located very walkable distance to many attractions. Furniture was comfortable, beds were nice, great castle views and we enjoyed our time. Didn't really use the kitchen much except for breakfast. Having a washer/dryer was a nice addition.

Property is exactly as advertised. Pictures very accurate of the space. Incredible views and great location. Amenities were great too and high end! Stairs were a bit of a challenge - but normal in Edinburg. Really enjoyed our stay!

The Castle Terrace apartment is amazing. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was a gift to be able to stay in the apartment. The location is convenient and the view from the apartment windows spectacular. We loved this place she and look forward to returning. 5 stars.

Terrific Apartment in Old Town Edinburgh

The Edinburgh Castle Suite was a lovely apartment with beautifully-appointed rooms and a stunning view of Edinburgh Castle - the night view of the lit up castle was gorgeous! The apartment is spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped, including a washer/dryer which was useful during our stay. The location was within a 10-minute walk to many of Edinburgh's historic sites and we enjoyed walking throughout the city. The apartment really had everything we needed and access to the property via lockbox was easy. We would definitely stay there again in the future and highly recommend it.

Great Location

We could not have been more pleased with this apartment. Everything needed is supplied and the building is well looked after. Any questions we had were immediately answered and the location is great between the old and new town, all within walk-able distance. the beds are comfortable and its a great place to recharge before your next exploration of the town. We had Chef Steven prepare a meal one evening which was wonderful. Food stores are only a short walk away and the views from the rooms of the castle are magnificent. Had a great time and look forward to returning one day!

Beautiful apartment in great location

Super cute apartment with fantastic views of the castle, great sleep, and easy check-in and check-out process. The only thing worth mentioning is that the walk-up to and from the apartment with luggage is not so easy- so pack light. This would not be a good apartment for someone with mobility issues or who has trouble climbing stairs. But otherwise, do not hesitate! The place is wonderful!

We absolutely loved this perfect apartment! After a week of traveling through Scotland, it was nice to be able to put down roots for a few nights and explore Edinburgh. The four of us are in our seventies, but we are very active and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Groceries, pubs, and restaurants were all nearby. The management team made everything so easy for us. For Americans, there are a couple of things to be aware of. The beds in the two larger bedrooms are queens instead of kings, however, that wasn't a problem for us. Also, the UK second floor is the American third floor. There are two flights of stairs. They are carpeted, but they spiral up. Large suitcases might be a challenge for people our age. Again, it wasn't a problem for us as we had small ones.We enthusiastically recommend this beautiful apartment.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our time Edinburgh. The apartment was beautiful with stunning views of the castle and great space on both the bedrooms and common spaces. The apartment was clean and well taken care of. Basic supplies were provided. The location was perfect for walking to locations in both old and new towns. It was a perfect space for our group traveling with family ages 83-11.

If you're seeking an exceptional stay in Edinburgh, look no further than this second-floor gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with unparalleled hospitality. Ivan and Eddie, in particular, went above and beyond, exemplifying what true concierge service is all about. Their professionalism and excellent communication skills ensured that every aspect of my stay was flawless. The property itself is a dream come true. It’s spacious and conveniently located, with only 50 stairs to climb—easy to manage and totally worth it for the breathtaking view of Edinburgh Castle from the window. The surroundings are equally impressive: nestled close to a plethora of restaurants, historical sites, and beautiful parks, you'll find everything you need just a short walk away. But perhaps the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth of the Edinburgh locals. The city’s friendly atmosphere only added to the charm of this wonderful accommodation. Just what we needed

We stayed in this lovely flat as a family of 6. The location of the apartment is not far from the Royal Mile and has stunning castle views. There is just a quick walk to coffee, some bars/restaurants and the hop on/hop off bus line. Additionally, the location is perfect for those visiting the Tattoo. We enjoyed a seamless process with luggage via unbagged, a third party service, as we arrived well before the check in time. The service allowed us to tour the city and meet up with luggage early that evening. The apartment was clean and the listing was as expected, tastefully decorated and comfortable.

Great Stay

Great location and property. Saturday Farmer’s Market just across the street! My only suggestion for improvement - as a premium/luxury priced property, I would expect a nice selection of shampoo, soaps, etc. however none were provided. In addition similarly priced properties will typically include a small welcome basket, bottle of wine or similar. Not necessary or a deal breaker but a nice touch and competitive properties are doing this. Overall, a great property and would gladly recommend.

We were very happy with this choice for our family. It worked very well and we were relieved that cot and high chair were both ready and waiting for us when we got there. Amazing place and location

Spacious, grand flat in the heart of Edinburgh. Great local restaurants and coffee shops a few minutes walking, and 10 min walk to the Royal Mile. Views of the castle are stunning as described. Communication with property managers was very good and helpful. Highly recommended!
