Renovated accommodation in a village house with a small adjoining land. The living room is accessed by two steps on the road side; access to the land where you can enjoy a terrace furnished in summer) is also via two steps at the back.
The village of 137 inhabitants, very quiet, is equidistant from the entrances and exits of the A6 motorway (20 km to the south: Courcelles les Semur / 20km to the North: Avallon).
Its location at the gates of the Morvan (its hiking trails, mountain biking, lakes ...) also allows you to visit tourist sites (Alésia, Flavigny, Fontenay Abbey, Semur en Auxois, Vezelay ...)

Une semaine au calme sans une Region riche. Tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, une literie confortable. Sale de douche petite mais moderne et bien suffisante Vieille maison fraîche quand il fait très chaud. Propriétaires dans le village s’il y a un souci.mais pas envahissants du tout.

Mitten im Ort liegt das Häuschen, mit Sitzplatz auf der der Straße abgewandten Seite. Sehr ruhig! Man schläft wunderbar. Ausstattung ist super, Küchengeräte sind alle neu. Region lädt zum Wandern ein, Fahrten nach Chablis (1h) oder Beaune (70 min) in die Weinberge sind empfehlenswert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
