The property itself was great, however the 40 to park was ridiculous, the under building parking was dirty and not taken care of - and 40 was not listed on the original booking through VRBO.Our Condo was great and our Host could not have been more accommodating

I do want to sincerely apologize for the condition of the parking area while you were there. The lot was undergoing repairs at that time, which unfortunately impacted cleanliness and overall appearance. We completely understand how that would be frustrating and not the experience you expected. Regarding the $40 parking fee, I’m sorry for any confusion. This fee is set by the HOA and is noted on the VRBO listing under “About this Property,” as well as in the Guest Information that was emailed prior to arrival. That said, we understand it can sometimes be overlooked during booking, and we’ll continue looking for more ways to make that information even more clear. We truly appreciate your feedback, it helps us improve both communication and the overall guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

The heated pool and the view from the balcony were the best part of this property! The unit is updated and modern. The rest of the resort is a little run down. There was a large hole in the overhang over the balcony that birds were flying into. We were able to walk a few places and enjoyed lunch on the pier one night. Thank you for hosting!

I’m happy to hear you found the unit updated and modern as well—that’s exactly the experience we aim to provide inside the condo. I do want to apologize for the issue you noticed with the overhang above the balcony. That is part of the building’s exterior, which is maintained by the HOA, but I’ve reported it so it can be addressed as quickly as possible. We completely understand how that could be concerning. We also appreciate your feedback about the overall condition of the resort. While some areas are older, there have been ongoing improvements, and guest input like yours helps bring attention to where updates are still needed. It sounds like you made the most of your time being able to walk to nearby spots and enjoy lunch on the pier is one of our favorite parts of the location too. Great beach weekend

We came to Galveston for a quick weekend beach trip to celebrate our teen’s birthday and this was the perfect location! The pool was area was nice, the beach was close and the property was just as pictured. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful spot

Super cute condo

This is our second time staying at the Victorian. The condo was very clean and we love the location. The condos are small so I definitely would chose somewhere larger if you have more than a family of four but it was perfect for our needs. Kids loved the pool areas and being right across from the beach. Owner was reponsive to any messages and overall was a good experience.

Quick Trip

Quick weekend trip to get some ocean air. The condo was clean and conveniently located to the local hot spots. Bathroom was a bit cramped but overall a good stay.

Family friendly!!

Highly recommend. Very family friendly from bunk beds to board games. Excellent rental with beach access and within walking distance to restaurants. Didn’t drive once we arrived.
