Property was just Iike it’s shown in the pictures. The area is a great place to stay to walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner and the view and access to the private beach was the best.

We had an incredible time at this property!! It was clean, comfortable, the a/c worked very well and the proximity to the private beach was the cherry on top! We would stay here again!

We have stayed at Sea Cliffs for the past 22 years and this unit was, by far, the best, top to bottom. Unfortunately, the rental rates have gone up over 300% for next year, so this was probably our last stay in this unit. If you can afford 11k per week for a 2/2, it is magical. 100% recommend.

We did want to quickly clarify for future guests reading this: the pricing currently showing for next May reflects placeholder rates while our May 2027 pricing is still being finalized. Those numbers are not accurate, and we expect rates to be much more in line with what you would expect. I just texted you directly and would absolutely love the chance to welcome you back. It wouldn’t feel right for this to be your last stay over something that’s simply a timing issue on our end. Thank you again for staying with us and for the recommendation!

Relaxing Trip

We loved our stay at this property. Being so close to the water we were able to relax on the back deck and enjoy our family time. We hope to be back in the near future.

Quiet, Relaxing Stay

The property was nice. Very spacious with gorgeous view of beach from inside the townhouse. Loved that the beach was right outside our back door and was private. I was able to get beautiful surest pictures from the back deck.

Places was super clean - well appointed - right on the beach - had everything we needed. Super simple to use and to access the beach and come back and forth for restroom. Highly recommend and will come back

Fabulous Townhouse

The townhouse is very upscale and elegantly appointed. Very, very clean when we arrived. The location cannot be beat. Loved, loved everything about it. So much so we booked a week for next year already.

Private, peaceful, luxury

Great location on the coast. The unit was 5 star. Loved the private beach. Wish there were screens on the sliding doors so you could listen to the sound of the waves at night.

Loved our stay on 30A

We come every Summer and struggle with the decision on where to stay. This year I decided to use VRBO and picked our most favorite spot yet!! We had the best time. We even had our same beach chair guy Chris! He took good care of us! Thanks VRBO!!

Stunning Oceanfront Townhome

I can not say enough nice things about this listing. We have stayed in several units in Sea Cliffs over the years. All wonderful but this unit was definitely a standout. Beautifully updated and well appointed in every aspect. We loved it so much, we are already booked for next year!

Absolutely stunning!! From the moment we opened the front door & could see the ocean from the big bay window, we couldn’t contain our excitement. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, stunning views, well stocked & the convenience of a short walk to the beach you won’t regret staying here.

Nice townhome, close to beach

The townhouse was clean with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the quick access to the beach. The management company contacted me via text to check in on us. They were very responsive and it was an easy way to contact them. We had a great vacation!
