HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays.

BEACH ACCESS: The beach is about a 3-minute walk right around the corner and a short block away.

CREEK ACCESS: The private fixed dock is located on a tidal canal providing a built-in bench, electricity, and fish cleaning sink with running water. A small public boat launch is four doors down on Sundial Drive, perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.

LENGTH OF STAY: Sunday to Sunday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours.

LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this unique coastal community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as the tidal creek.
