NEW POLICY EFFECTIVE 6/23/2021!
The Latitude 29 HOA implemented a parking fee beginning January 1. A parking fee of $50 will be added to all bookings. On June 23 the parking policy was amended. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY PER UNIT. ANY UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUESTā€™S EXPENSE.

This is a top level unit overlooking the pool, with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sandy white beach. Unit #24 has granite countertops in the kitchen and both baths. We have tried to anticipate all of your needs while away from home so this unit is fully equip with all the amenities of home for your enjoyment. While relaxing on the balcony, you can enjoy your favorite beverage and view the most amazing sunsets or watch the dolphins play as you enjoy your breakfast and morning cup of coffee. Come meet the friendliest people on the beach, cook out on the grill, swim in the pool or relax in the hot tub. Whatever your enjoyment, #24 is a great unit.

perfect family vacation

Beautiful ocean view, convenient beach access, and the location is perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Being a little further from the main resort/tourist area less crowded beach!! Our kids range from ages 20-7 and this condo was the perfect spot for us to enjoy PCB!

Lovely getaway

The condo was lovely. It was nice locates low key beach. The kiddos loved the pool, and th easy access to the beach. The condo had everything we needed! I would highly recommend. We hope to return next summer!

My Happy Place!

Our stay was wonderful. This unit had all we needed to enjoy our time at the beach for the week. We have been staying at Latitude 29 for summer family vacations 29 years, missing only a couple of years. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a family friendly, quiet environment. It also has a baby pool, hot tub, and pool beach front. The view of the ocean from the units is so beautiful as well! We love it!

Great stay

Clean & comfortable unit in a desirable location. Kitchen was well stocked. Unit came with a starter supply of paper & cleaning products. Easy contactless check in using the electronic key code lock. Parking passes and wrist bands provided. Easy communication with the unit manager thru text or phone. We enjoyed our stay.

No worries-The Beach

We booked the property because its just slightly out of the hustle and crowded area of PCB. We donā€™t like spending hours a day in an elevator and then fighting for a place on the beach or parking your car. This is where you go to relax and enjoy your time in the sun. The unit was perfect for us, clean great location with the best view to watch dolphins pass bye in the mornings. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Thank You Helen for sharing your condo with us.

Best Place to Stay in Panama City

I cannot rave enough about this condo!! The view was spectacular. With four kids this is the perfect unit! Great view for mom, close to the pool and beach. The pool was very well maintained. It was never too crowded and the water temp was great! The beach was also amazing. It was never very crowded there either, and the water was crystal clear. The unit sleeps six comfortably. The bunks in the hall were so nice, as well as the pull out couch. Lots of extra blankets and pillows were also provided which is a nice touch! The master bedroom was spacious and the pillows were the best pillows Iā€™ve ever slept on. Everything you need is in the kitchen to prepare meals all week! The very large glass window (full wall) and glass door letā€™s you see the ocean while cooking or relaxing inside. Everything about this condo was so wonderful, we cannot wait to return!!!

Newly updated. Perfect location! It had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. It is just steps from the beach and we so enjoyed seeing the water from inside the condo and out on the balcony! We hope to be able to stay here again.

Pool and hot tub were out of service.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Latitude 29 in 2021. Our return was not what we were expecting. The pool and hot tub was out of service and drained. We contacted Helen and she was unaware of this condition. We talked to other guests staying here and they were unaware prior to arriving also. The amount we paid has not been adjusted due to these amenities not being available. I know this is not Helenā€™s fault but the owners should give the guests some type of adjustment in the cost of their stay. We will not be staying at Latitude 29 in the future. It was clean but some small repairs need to be made. For example: front door difficult to close, sliding door on the balcony is difficult to close, one of the gates going to the beach is about to fall off. We would like to use Helenā€™s other properties but just not this one until we know it is better maintained.

Latitude Condo

This is a great place to stay away from the high rises. It made the crowds on the beach less. The condo was super clean and right on the beach. The only thing is about the parking. Only one parking spot per unit. I would definitely stay here again for two people but there would be a problem if more guests with another vehicle. But I think this is the best spot on the whole beach!

Great vacation location.

My family has been going to PCB all our lives. We love Latitude 29. The room was very clean and well furnished. We had zero problems. The pool, deck, and large beach area are never over crowded. Itā€™s a family atmosphere and many times we see visitors there year after year. I highly recommend.

This is a relatively small complex so itā€™s easy to navigate and perfect for families. We had several family members staying in other units and was perfect for us to all get together on the beach!

Great time!

Enjoyed our stay so much. Steps to the beach and to the pool. Not overcrowded. Had family in another unit and didnā€™t have to worry about the grandchildren in a crowd. Very clean. It is like staying at a beach home without the huge price. Very relaxing!

Quiet getaway on the beach

This is a great property, well managed and I would highly recommend it to someone looking for some quite relaxing time on the beach. It's just a short drive to the more exciting venues in PCB but we loved the quite family atmosphere at Latitude 29. Hope to go back soon !!!

Slice of Paradise

My wife and I went down for our 13th anniversary. Great location right on the ocean. Fairly quiet area and only a 10 minute drive to great restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Grocery store was less than a mile and a half away, and the apartment had everything else needed. The unit is on the 3rd floor (top floor), with great view of the ocean. We are looking forward to going back and staying longer!

Renting experience was ok, location was OK but too many rules. Ie only 1 car per unit allowed even in an empty parking lot. Felt like we were being watched the entire time
