Less crowds on the beaches, no high rises so very little traffic, yet only a 10 minute drive from 30A, Pier Park, and the multitude of restaurants, bars, and shops! True beachfront with the beach just a few steps away, enjoy your coffee on the private balcony or a cocktail at sunset soaking in the view. This spacious updated unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need whatever your dining style. The development offers numerous outside dining areas near the pool, kiddie pool, hot tub or BBQ hut all beachside! It has been dubbed 'Best backyard on the Beach' for a reason!
