Location
The villa is in the residential area "Les Moubins" in the village of Sainte Luce. Gros Raisin beach is less than 500m away and several pretty beaches are also accessible by the coastal path.
Several restaurants and the shops of Sainte Luce are within walking distance (about 700-800m).
The house
This approximately 90mÂČ house accommodates:
- 1 living room with sofa and television
- 1 well-equipped kitchen open to the terrace
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (140x200cm)
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (180x200cm)
- 1 common bathroom
- 1 separate WC
From the living room, you access a covered terrace furnished with an outdoor lounge and a dining area that can accommodate 10 people.
On the side of the house, the pool area awaits you with sunbathing around beautiful vegetation (not overlooked). From the pool, a staircase leads to a small carbet offering a nice view of the sea.
