This spacious house is located on the east side of the city and offers beautiful countryside views and plenty of amenities. Enjoy a day at Balmoral Golf Course or nearby attractions like Three Mile Bend, Discovery Canyon and Canyon Ski Hill.

It’s the perfect place to catch up on your favourite show or just hang out with friends and family.

The basement living area is also a treat. The modern sectional downstairs comes with a chaise on one end so you can stretch out while reading your favourite book. The canvas designs around the entire house makes you feel at home and comfortable.
