Palms at Wailea #308 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the second floor with split system A/C throughout. Over April to June, 2023 we completed a full renovation throughout the entire unit! The unit has retained a Hawaiiana feel in the Plantation Style. Kitchen completely redesigned to increase SQFT, larger bar, which will be perfect for cooking and a night-in!
**June 25, 2024, update ** As requested by our guests, lanai tile is being installed this week! Also, all new lanai furniture and tables are on order to be delivered October 2024. New screens for sliding doors at lanai to be installed Sept 2024

- New louvered doors at laundry, hall and MBR closets stained “Tundra” not as red as mahogany but a rich brown
- Opposite master bathroom closet is a full wall mirror
- Master bathroom now has two sinks, framed mirrors and wall light fixtures
- Both the bathrooms have custom cabinets in the Tundra color with a Lido Blanco quartz top.
- Both bathrooms have walk-in showers, glass, tile, insets for soaps and shampoos
-100% new fixtures, sinks, faucets, toilets etc.
- New tile entry has travertine appearance and continues as bathroom tile
- Much of the furniture is brand new.
The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, flat-screen TV, and free Wifi. There is a new king bed and new queen sofa bed. Master bedroom features 12-foot sloped ceiling. Master bath and guest bathrooms have walk-in showers. For outdoor enjoyment, Palms at Wailea #308 is supplied with four beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. There is a lanai (patio) with chairs & and table, seating 4 for eating and 2 other chairs with table for sunset watching.
Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available. Sleeps 4. Sunsets over the Island of Lanai plus a partial ocean view from the Lanai make for beautiful evening moods.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long white sandy shoreline. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. ** Important Notice: The pool area will be closed Sept. 15-18, 2026, for annual maintenance. The nearest white sandy beach is a short 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the Palms at Wailea entrance. **
