Truly a piece of paradise. We have visited this beautiful island for the past 25 years, and finally decided to invest in our own property. We've searched out the perfect place so that you don't have to! Located in the Grand Champions Villas, this condo/villa (#69) is situated on the Wailea Blue #2 Fairway, accompanied with an ocean view. We know you'll love the scenery as much as we do! With all of the kitchen amenities needed to cook a meal, or grab takeout from some of our favorite local restaurants, you can dine on the lanai while enjoying the incredible Maui sunsets each evening.

3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. A/C in common area and bedrooms, free parking & wifi. Washer/Dryer, 2 outdoor pools/jacuzzis, beach equipment & beach towels provided for your enjoyment. Multiple beaches are a close-by drive (3 min) or within walking distance to an ocean path that stretches for miles. Great shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. Kihei is less than a 10 min drive as well, with additional shopping/dining without being in the center of the noise.

Updates include: Complete Bathroom Remodels Sept 2023! New fresh paint throughout the condo, trim work, new carpet and blinds all completed Oct 2022! All new art work, living room furniture, master bedroom furniture, kitchen table & barstools, new twin mattresses in second bedroom, A/C installed in 3rd bedroom, 65" television in living room, and television added to second bedroom (with roku).

We would love to share our condo with you and your family. Great memories will be made while visiting Maui, and like us, you will want to return year after year.

Maui Family Trip

We were so impressed with your renovated bathrooms, updates, cleanliness, wrap around extra large deck with golf course views. This deck created extra fun with beautiful sunsets, ocean breezes & privacy. Better location than being by pool & parking lot. We enjoyed being on the first level for walkable ease with stroller, bringing luggage to/from condo. Also, we enjoyed clean pools, hot tubs & grills. 💜💜💜💜💜💜

Easy Home Base

We had a great time staying at the condo complex. Loved the walkability of restaurants & groceries. Kind bed was super comfortable. Views were awesome.

Beautifully updated with nice amenities

Tastefully remodeled with AC units in all rooms. Master suite and bathroom are gorgeous. Lanai has looks out over the golf course with partial ocean views.

Excellent stay, great hosts

My family of four plus an Aunt and Uncle spent the week of Thanksgiving in this residence (6 total). The residence was spacious, comfortable, relaxing, and provided the various amenities/supplies we needed to cook, use at the pool, and the beach. We ate casual meals the kitchen counter and had nice family meals at the dining table. The lanai provided a wonderful spot to relax, read, and watch golfers, the sunset, and more. The master suite is very spacious, the murphy bed mattress in the third bedroom could be a bit more comfortable but did the trick, and the room with twin beds was perfect for my two kids. The a/c units cooled down the unit/rooms well. Having both pools so close was great, and having the quiet pool next to this unit was a plus (didn't hear noise from it!). My girls and I walked around the complex looking at all the beautiful landscape, collected fallen flowers, and created arrangements for our dining table. The hidden bonus to this unit is the proximity to so much. Restaurants, coffee, shops, and the mall within walking distance, beaches 2 minutes away by car (walking distance if you don't have a lot to carry), and more. The hosts provided an array of tips/recommendations and answered all our questions. They even helped us when we forgot something very near and dear to my daughter (a stuffie she's had since birth), working with their cleaners/management company to get it sent to us. I'd definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Aloha guests! We are Brandon and Jackie, have been married for just over 25 years. We have 4 children, only one at home now, so we are looking to our next adventure in life after all 4 have left the nest in the next couple of years. We enjoy traveling and have had the opportunity to visit many different places around the world. Maui is one of our favorite spots. Several places in Europe also are high on our list, but Hawaii is a closer destination for us to travel to.

We have been visiting Maui for the past 20+ years, with Brandon's parents and siblings. We finally decided this was the year to make the purchase and try out a new adventure of being vacation rental owners on Maui. We actually purchased two units (this 3 bedroom, and also a 1 bedroom, with the same ocean/fairway view) so that we can bring all of our kids at once when we vacation here in the future. We chose properties at Grand Champions because of the value, upkeep of the complex and the beautiful surroundings, along with proximity to the beach.
