1 King Mini Efficiency Bedroom with 2 Burner Mini Stove Top, Microwave, Coffee Maker Refrigerator and Toaster. All standard rooms have private balconies and a panoramic 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. Beach front is "ON THE BEACH" as in if you jumped off the balcony you would land in it (not recommended). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island

Good area, bad water

Good beach access and area. The rooms are ok. Absolutely no water pressure for the shower and the water smelled bad and could not drink it. Dog friendly and overall good experience except for the ability to drink and clean ourselves.
