Located in a beautiful property just 2 km from the medieval town of Spoleto, the Loft is a gorgeous apartment with private entrance, flanked by a medieval tower in stone and surrounded by a 5-hectare park. The property is located on a hill overlooking Monte Luco, one of the first places of hermitage of St. Francis of Assisi.
Ideal for two people, the Loft is the perfect retreat in the tranquility of the Umbrian countryside. A beautiful living room with high ceilings and wooden white walls will welcomes you in its elegant and relaxed atmosphere, offering great views from the terrace. The white and romantic bedroom is perfect for your hours of rest, and the picture window facing the bed will give you the illusion of being in a tree house.
A few steps from the house features a large 17-meter pool of crystal clear water, surrounded by a garden of blooming roses and lavender, and a beautiful view of the mountains, that will help you relax and let go of all thoughts.

Chaises longues and umbrellas are located around the pool for your hours of relax and sun-bathing.
Some bikes are at your disposal if you want to take an excursion to Spoleto or defy the surrounding hills.

With a 30-minute walk or 5-minute drive you can reach Spoleto, a beautiful medieval town included in the UNESCO Uman Heritage and also famous for its Festival of 2 Worlds. Culture, art and cuisine await you here to meet every need, and when you want to immerse yourself in nature can choose from beautiful hiking trails, horseback riding or a fun raft ride along the Black River.

Precioso loft en plena naturaleza

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en Torre del Falco. Nos encanta su ubicación, lo cuidada que está la finca y todos los alojamientos, asi como su hermosa piscina. Tambien apreciamos mucho la forma de ser de Beatrice tan discreta pero a la vez tan pendiente de todo y de todos. Ha conseguido un lugar muy acogedor. Nos hemos alojado en el loft y es un lugar hermoso, con una decoración exquisita. Lo recomiendo de todo corazón .

Un sogno davvero

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La proprietà sorge in una località riservata, tranquilla, appartata. All’arrivo si viene accolti da un giardino fiorito che subito ti trasporta in una nuova atmosfera. La piscina è sempre pulita, è possibile utilizzarla a qualsiasi ora: un punto in più. L’appartamento era bellissimo, molto pulito, moderno ed elegante, curato. Nota aggiuntiva: la presenza nel cortile di meravigliosi animali di cui poter godere la compagnia: due poni e qualche affettuosissimo micino. È il posto ideale se ci si vuole riposare, se si vuole respirare l’aria dell’Italia vera e propria, quella antica, verace e poetica. È il posto ideale se si vuole passare del tempo di vera qualità accanto alla propria famiglia. Beatrice è una padrona di casa meravigliosa, gentile e riservata. Torneremo sicuramente.

Perfect private garden villa-Umbria

The apartment and the property is clearly a labor of love. Beatrice is the owner, hostess, manager, gardener, and tour guide. She is helpful, kind, and a wonderful person. The compound is close to the top of a hill, near Spoleto. It is 10 minutes removed from town. Spoleto is a prefect location to explore the hill towns of Umbria (Spello, Trevi, Montefalco, Assisi,) A car is most likely needed, unless you are into some very serious mountain biking or trail running (use a car). The gardens, the roses, the lavender, the fruit trees and olive trees are perfectly tended. It takes years of attentive gardening to create this. There is a BBQ next to the pool for your Florentine Steak. The pool is clean, clear and sunny. The apartment (we had the upstairs with the vaulted ceiling) is clean, quiet, and furnished in a classy décor. The AC works great. The kitchen is well stocked, the wi-fi is good. Spoleto is a well preserved hill town, which is not completely dependent on the tourist trade. It has all the services and restaurants, and is just a 5 minute drive down the hill. I recommend this location most highly! We were in Italy for a month in 8 locations, (3-4 days each). This is the one I remember. This one was perfect.

Magical place in Spoleto

We absolutely loved our stay! We never wanted to leave. We actually extended our stay an extra day. The grounds are just gorgeous. The pool is Perfect. Beatrice is a true gem and an amazing host. Highly recommend!

Traumwohnung in Umbrien

Modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Beste ist der große überdachte Freisitz mit bequemen Liegestühlen. Da kann man auch bei nicht so schönem Wetter gut draußen sitzen. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus, spricht hervorragend Englisch und ist immer ansprechbar. Man sollte allerdings Katzen mögen, da mindestens 10 davon auf dem Anwesen leben und auch zu Besuch kommen. Wir können Torre del Falco uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Meravigliosa esperienza. Cibo per l'anima

Il cielo in una stanza. Sembra un esagerazione? Per noi è realtà. Mia moglie ed io amiamo questo luogo tanto da tornarci regolarmente in ogni stagione. Accoglienza calda e attenta. Svegliarsi osservando (dal letto) il cielo e la natura nel cuore dell'Umbria, dal tepore estivo alla neve invernale in una casa che avvolge l'anima nel comfort. Il silenzio che rigenera. Prendere il sole ai bordi della grande piscina nel giardìno fra le rose e gli ulivi, o all'interno del loft costruito completamente in legno godersi una tisana al caldo mentre la stagione regala qualche fiocco di neve.... E poi tutto ciò che quei luoghi offrono! A pochi minuti (anche a piedi se vuoi) da Spoleto. E ancora Spello Bevagna, Montefalco, Campello sul Clitunno, Trevi,Todi, tutto lì.... Insomma, Beatrice, gentile proprietaria della residenza, sa che ci rivedrà presto. Grazie infinite.

Splendido! Luogo incantato

Amiamo l'Umbria, adoriamo Spoleto, ci siamo innamorati di Torre del Falco! Abbiamo soggiornato qui dal 19 al 25 settembre. L'appartamento che ci è stato riservato è meraviglioso: gode di una splendida vista ed oltre ad essere arredato con gusto ha tutte le comodità che possiamo ricercare in vacanza. Silenzioso, comodo, accogliente, lontano dai rumori (se di rumori si puo' parlare in una cittadina come Spoleto) ma vicinissimo al centro, lo abbiamo raggiunto a piedi! Ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le mete più belle! Per non parlare della piscina! Bea è una splendida padrona di casa!

A piece of heaven on earth!

Il Torre del Falco is my favourite place to be, ever, without exception! I have visited three times over the last year, staying in The Nest last summer, The Falconer last Autumn and most recently this summer in The Loft. Beatrice has created a heaven on earth here: the gardens and olive groves surrounding the property are so pretty and the views beyond are breathtakingly beautiful. During my recent visit, I watched Beatrice tending her roses over two days and, when she had finished, it was time to go back to the beginning because there are so many. It is clear that she is totally dedicated to maintaining her little slice of heaven for everyone to enjoy. Sometimes, she allows the two miniature ponies, Marguerita and Mathilde, to run amongst the olive trees on the upper slope and I can honestly say that I have felt as though I might have been transported to Narnia and that they must surely have little horns in the middle of their foreheads! It's just idyllic. I had such a lovely stay this time in The Loft. It occurred to me that Beatrice could have quite easily added another bedroom to this property - there is plenty of space - and no doubt this would generate a greater income, but I have learned since my first visit to Il Torre that she is a perfectionist and she understands the elements that make up the perfect holiday. She shows great thought in the way that she designs and organises the different properties, equipping each of them with high quality fittings and beautiful furnishings. The Loft is both spacious and airy (quite an achievement under the Umbrian sun!) with a very high ceiling - not just in the large living/dining area but also in the bedroom and the bathroom. There is a lovely covered loggia where you can escape the hottest part of the day to read or snooze. Add to this the high-spec bathroom, superbly equipped open-plan kitchen, fluffy towels and crisp white bed linen, and you feel as though you are in a five star boutique hotel. Each time I have visited, the properties have been spotlessly clean, the gardens well tended and the pool crystal clear. When I requested some large glasses (alas, I have become completely addicted to Campari Spritz whilst in Italy) they arrived the same day. Beatrice always reminds me to ask if there is anything that I need and she really means it: she wants to make her guests comfortable and happy. I cannot recommend Il Torre, and particularly The Loft, highly enough.

Lovely setting

We had a delightful stay in Spoleto and Beatrice was very welcoming. The property is just a couple of kms out of the main town. The loft is gorgeous with a lovely terrace to relax and chill on with a nearby shared pool to cool off in and lounge alongside. A couple of reservations are no air con and the view is a little obscured with a tree. Otherwise would unconditionally recommend.

You won't want to leave

After climbing up a winding road just outside Spoleto, you enter an oasis that Beatrice has created for herself, her guests and her cats. A crystal clear swimming pool is surrounded by flowers and plants. Roses bloom everywhere on the property. A lighted path leads up to the loft, which is perfect for two people. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. An expansive balcony is a great added space that extends the feel of serenity. Everthing is immaculate and modern. Like us, you might get the urge to stay in this idyllic setting, but Spoleto waits below with its charming neighborhoods. From a convenient parking garage you're carried into the heart of the old city. Don't miss Cuore e Sapore, one of our favorite restaurants on our entire trip. But access to day trips elsewhere in Umbria and Marche is easy if you can tear yourself away.

Splendid charming peacefull

The loft is so beautifull, very bright, with private terrace, and open kitchen. Grazie ancora a Beatrice che sa accogliere gli ospiti con molta disponibilità, e gentilezza. I'll be back at Spoleto and torre del falco.
