Peaceful and friendly neighborhood centrally-located in Eugene. Walk across the street to Oakway Center to find Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, restaurants, and shopping. Perfect stay to walk to football games at Autzen Stadium or University of Oregon events. Clean home with remodeled kitchen including Dacor gas range and wine fridge. Spacious master suite with queen bed, custom California Closet and bathroom with heated tile flooring and large shower. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds with additional separate full bathroom. Large main living room with gas fireplace. Access to garage to park 2 cars. My husband and I loved living here with the home being so central in Eugene and we now look forward to sharing it with you!

Popular walkable neighborhood weaving between the Country Club and Oakway golf courses and close to the walking/bike path along Willamette River and Oakmont park.

Wonderful location and great house

Our family had a fantastic experience staying at the house, we were in town for my son’s graduation from UO! The location is perfect, cute neighborhood and close to shops and restaurants. The owner was very nice and quick to respond! The house was clean and comfortable and perfect place for our small family gathering! Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Family Duck Game Weekend

Our family and friend visited Eugene to see our daughter who is attending UofO and go to the Ducks Football game v Cal. The house was fantastic and a great location. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for providing a clean, safe and easy stay for all of us!

Going to the Ducks game

The location is perfect for attending the Oregon Ducks football games. We walked to dinner and shopping. We walked to the football game. The house is nice and the location is perfect. The host Sonja, is very accommodating. The only issues we saw were the toilet paper holder was missing in the master bedroom and a hole where a light might have been in the guest bathroom. All and all we had a great time.

Great Stay!

The property was excellent and met all of our needs. We were in town because my daughter was competing in the Junior Olympics at Hayward Field. The house is located only a short drive from Hayward so it made it really easy to get to and from the track. In addition, it was really nice to have a kitchen that we could use and continue our normal routine before meets. The house is clean and was perfect for our family of four. It is located right across from several good food places! We will definitely stay here again if competing in the area. Thank you!

Convenient, Clean and Comfy

This well appointed home is close to everything Eugene has to offer, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The home is very clean and has wonderful remodel upgrades like the kitchen, master bath and closet. It was so nice to wake up in the morning with heated tile floors in the master bathroom. The kitchen is beautiful with granite countertops, eye pleasing color scheme and high end appliances and fixtures. You can definitely tell there is pride in ownership of this home. Thank you for sharing it!

Exceeds expectations

We stayed here for a Ducks football game with five adults. First off, the owner Sonja was fantastic. She replied to my inquiries within a couple hours every single time. When we had a change in football schedule, she worked with me to get our reservation changed. She was truly a host. As for the house, it has everything you will need…the beds were comfortable; the kitchen is stocked to the hilt; everything felt very clean. Prior to arriving we reached out to make sure there was a BBQ. Knowing this Sonja made sure the propane tank was full and had a new grill set waiting for us! She goes above and beyond with all the little extras and care she takes. You will not be disappointed. I have this home saved in my “rent sgain” list. We definitely will be coming back!

I have always loved the Oakway area, as it is central to many attractions in Eugene and knew the location would be ideal for my first home. I've owned the home since 2015 but promised my husband we would one day move to the country. The location is one of the more desirable areas in Eugene and I loved walking the surrounding neighborhood and across the street to my favorite restaurants and grocery shopping. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we did while living there.
