Enjoy the cozy, cabin feeling at this beautiful retreat just steps away from University of Oregon. Across the street from a park and centrally located with grocery stores, restaurants, Hendricks Park, and Hayward Field just minutes away on foot. With wood and natural light throughout, this fully stocked studio is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with friends and family when you're not out enjoying all that Eugene has to offer.

The space features one queen bed with memory foam topper downstairs in the living room area and one 8" memory foam queen mattress in the loft (accessible by ladder). Down comforters and forced air heat keep the space warm in winter and a portable a/c unit helps cool things down on hot summer days.

Guests have access to off-street parking (in the driveway of the main house), which makes event days at UofO much more manageable. The door to the guesthouse has an electronic lock, making check-in a breeze. Feel free to message for early check-in if you'd like!

We loved this adorable spot. The garden is stunning and the hosts very responsive. Walking distance to U of O and some beautiful hiking/walking nearby.

This was such a cute and comfortable place to stay. I was able to cook meals in the kitchen for the family I was visiting, and to take time to myself as a restoring retreat. Ally was easy to get in touch with and a terrific host.

The location of this cabin made for an easy walk to UO campus, grocery store, Pre’s rock and Matthew Knight Arena. The cabin is very clean and cozy and was a great home base for exploring Eugene and visiting my daughter at UO. The host, Ally, is very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend staying here!

What a wonderful cozy spot at the foot of Hendrick’s Park. Want to visit Pre’s Rock? You are right there. Want to walk to Matt Knight Arena, Hayward Field or Jane Sander’s Stadium? This is the place. Communication was great and it was so easy to come and go. I highly recommend Allie’s place!

This was a great VRBO experience. The location was good for our purposes and the hosts were exceptionally communicative. The place is absolutely cozy, hitting all the homey vibes. It was not over-the-top, no big TV crammed into the space. We wanted a room bath sitting area and the kitchen was a bonus (well appointed with what we needed; overall a nice break from properties that have too much going on). Enjoyed the gardens around the property, even having a deer come to our door to say hi (okay, that was luck). Location is an easy walk to campus without a bunch of noise nearby. Enjoyed the walk to Pre's Rock and Hendricks Park. The HP garden is a must -- the rhododendrons are off the chain. This place checked all of our boxes, to the point that I pray it's available for our next trip to Eugene. Way better than a hotel for us.
